While receiving mentoring from Grit mentor, I realized that 'resumes also need strategy.' I had received mentoring several times before, but it simply ended with suggestions about which parts to improve. However, Grit's mentoring and this course very specifically teach you how to structure your experiences and what flow you should create for readers. Also, rather than just fixing sentences at a surface level, it makes you think once more about "why I used this technology," which helped me create a more confident resume and furthermore helped with interviews as well. I rewrote my resume several times to make it attractive, but through that process, I felt that I was growing myself! I think this is a course that rebuilds the framework of your resume, so I highly highly recommend it! :)

In this extremely difficult job market, this helps me write my resume very well, which is the first step in introducing myself! After watching this lecture, I was able to understand why I had been rejected at the document screening stage until now. Thank you so much!

I had some idea of how to write a resume, but this helped reinforce it once more and seemed to help me think about it more deeply. As someone who is older and from a non-technical background like myself, there were parts I could relate to, which was great. I'll try to succeed in getting a job through this lecture.

What you will gain after the course

  • Practical formulas to immediately increase your document screening pass rate

  • A 'Shift in Perspective' to Break the Curse of 'Spec-Building'

  • A roadmap to becoming an 'irreplaceable talent' in the AI era

I started with a salary of 20 million won as a non-major from a pure liberal arts background in my 30s.

And in just one year, the pass rate went from 1% -> 66%, and I achieved a salary of 60 million KRW in my second year ☑️
After mentoring over 160 people, I am finally revealing all the laws of a winning resume that I discovered.

  • After 300 document rejections, at the edge of despair wondering 'Am I just not good enough?', I discovered the 'rules of a game you can't lose.' I have packed everything into this single book—from the 'Winning Resume' principles that allowed a non-major with nothing to choose the large corporations they wanted in just one year, to actual successful resume analyses and copy-and-paste templates.

  • Through over 160 practical mentoring sessions over the past two years, I discovered one unfortunate commonality. Most people didn't actually lack things to write about; they just didn't know how to showcase them. This book contains a proven 'winning formula' based on all the data from the job-changing process, rather than vague theories.

  • And we propose the next step beyond just passing. In an era where AI writes code for you, how can you, as a junior, achieve rapid, compressed growth and seize new opportunities? From leaping over a 10-year gap by standing on the shoulders of the giant called AI, to finally designing your own game as a 'developer who doesn't need a resume', I have poured all the answers I found through countless sleepless nights into this book.

Wait a second! I'll save you some time.

Please focus for just one minute before investing your precious time and money.

I will quickly let you know if this book can truly solve your problems.

✅ If you are this type of person, this book will be a cheat code.

  • Those who have submitted dozens or hundreds of resumes but lost confidence after repeatedly failing at the document screening stage

  • Developers with 1–3 years of experience who clearly work hard but feel their growth has stagnated and that their resumes feel too ordinary

  • "Because I'm a non-major," "Because I'm too old," "Because my experience is too short" — those who feel like giving up.

  • "I've learned Spring, JPA, and Docker, so why am I not getting hired?" Those who have built up their specs but aren't seeing results

  • Those who want to go beyond simple employment and become an irreplaceable developer in the AI era

This is not suitable for these people.

  • Those whose main tech stack is something other than web back-end (The principles are universal, but the examples are focused on Java/Spring.)

  • Those who are preparing for overseas employment or applying to global companies

  • Those with 5 or more years of experience or those who already have their own firm resume philosophy (This book is optimized for entry-level to junior positions)

  • Those who say "My way is right, I don't need advice" (This may conflict with the content of the book)

  • Those who want the 'correct answer' to be spoon-fed to them without any effort

  • This book is not just a list of information; it is a book that first shifts your "perspective" and helps you execute in a way that actually works.

💡 What this book does not cover

  • How to prepare for algorithm coding tests (focus on your resume)

  • How to learn technology stacks like React and AWS

  • How to ace interviews, how to negotiate salary effectively

Have you scrolled all the way down here?

Nice to meet you.

I am Grit, someone who found the way by failing first and facing challenges head-on.

If you are looking at this screen right now, you are probably feeling something like this.

  • "Could this... be the answer I've been looking for?"

  • "Is what this person saying actually true?"

  • "Can I change too?"

If you were drawn in by the introductory text,

You are likely going through a process similar to what I experienced before my career change, or

I believe you are someone who is just starting to prepare for a career as a developer.

This book is for those who have the question, "Can I do it too?"

  • I am quite old...

  • I'm a non-major...

  • I have a career gap...

  • They say your starting salary at your first job is important, but mine is so low...

There are surely those whose hearts are racing like explorers who have discovered a dusty secret manual in a corner of an old library. You might be feeling a mix of doubt and excitement, thinking, "Can I finally end this tedious routine?" or "I've finally found it.".

If the two years of failure and success I experienced first, and the traces of those experiences, have resonated with you—if you have a hunch that you’ve discovered something only you noticed while others haven't—then you are right. That hunch is the 'invitation' I am sending to you..

Let me briefly introduce myself.

I use the nickname Grit.

I chose this name when I started mentoring on Inflearn a year ago. While it means 'perseverance' or 'grit,' it holds a more honest meaning for me.

Grind + It (Grind it, grind through reality)

I wanted to remember those moments when I ground down and broke through the wall of reality, even though I lacked the specs, age, and academic background.

Three years ago, I also pinned my hopes on someone else's story, just like you.

"If they could do it... I can do it too, right?"

And I actually did it.

📊 Let me show you my journey in numbers

  • Started development in early 30s as a pure liberal arts non-major

  • First salary in the 20 million won range → Reached the 50 million won range in just one year (100% increase)

  • 2nd year, achieved an annual salary in the 60 million won range

  • 300+ document rejections → 66% pass rate in the final 2 months (Accepted at 4 out of 6 top-tier domestic companies)

  • Confirmed 85% resume pass rate as of the current date (based on top-tier domestic companies)

  • 45 Inflearn 1:1 mentoring sessions completed, 5.0/5.0 rating

  • Conducted mentoring for over 160 individuals, including those from other bootcamps

I will honestly disclose my career path and the resulting salary increase rates.

  • Affiliate of a major Korean corporation (service company): Started in the 20 million won range (Month 0)

  • Same company: Reached the 30 million won salary range (6 months in)

  • Pangyo Major Corporation: Reached the 50 million won salary range (Year 1)

  • Same company: Reached the 60 million won salary range (Year 2)

I started my career as a developer at a relatively late age, but

I have unique experiences and my own job-seeking/career-change know-how accumulated based on them.

  • The experience of applying to over 300 places and facing countless rejections

  • The experience of countless hours spent contemplating how to grow faster than others

  • The experience of being recognized at a company used as a stepping stone, spending high-density time, and achieving rapid growth

  • The experience of countless hours spent contemplating how to effectively showcase my capabilities as much as I focus on growing them

  • Above all, the experience of increasing the success rate from 1% to 66% in a short period without any unusual background while submitting resumes for a career move

During the last 2 months of my job change period, as I upgraded my resume by n levels

I was able to gain the confidence that 'my resume is a winning resume,' and

I was able to selectively apply only to the top-tier companies I truly wanted to join.

Don't get me wrong.

I am not a 'successful person,' but 'someone who failed first.'

There were far more things I didn't have.

❌ Diploma from a prestigious university's Computer Science department

❌ Experience completing a famous bootcamp (Graduate of an obscure government-funded academy)

❌ Exceptional coding test skills (average 50% solving rate)

❌ Similar age to others (early 30s at the time of first employment)

❌ Outstanding networking or background

Instead, I had something else.

✅ The 'winning formula' discovered after 300 rejections

✅ Persistence that never gives up until the end

✅ An engineer's mindset of verifying and improving with data

So, perhaps I know your situation better than anyone else.

"I'm too old..."

"I'm not a computer science major..."

"I have a career gap..."

Because I’ve used all of these excuses(?) myself.

And I also know that those aren't just excuses, but real barriers.

But at the same time, I also know this.

That there is definitely a way to overcome those barriers.

.

.

.

These are the words I heard most often while mentoring.

"Hearing that you also went through a time like this made me think for the first time, 'I can do this too.'"

"Other mentors only talk about things that feel so far away, but you understand my situation exactly."

"I didn't know a resume could be transformed like this. I finally feel confident."

I am not a 10-year senior.

I'm not a "successful mentor" with a flashy career, either.

Instead, I am someone who stood in the exact same spot as you three years ago, shared the same worries, and tasted the same despair.

I discovered a surprising fact while mentoring on Inflearn. Can you believe the following?

  • ✓ Mentor Experience: A junior only 2-3 years ahead

→ No impressive resume, no famous career background

→ In comparison, the actual Inflearn mentoring pool: Numerous big-name developers from "Na-Ka-Ra-Ku-Bae" + Silicon Valley

  • ✓ My mentoring price:

The highest price among Inflearn resume mentoring (in the 170,000 KRW range)

→ Maintained the highest price for over a year

→ More expensive than any other mentoring

  • Fully booked an average of 2 weeks in advance

→ To date, maintained a 90%↑ completion rate every Saturday

→ Consistently maintaining fully booked status about 2 weeks in advance on average

  • ✓ Perfect 5.0 rating + constant stream of success stories

→ Not a single low rating.

→ Continuously receiving news of passing from actual mentees + maintaining ongoing friendships

At some point, I suddenly became curious.

There are probably many other great mentoring programs out there, so I asked them directly: "Why does everyone come to me?"

Here are the answers I received.

1️⃣ "I came because a friend recommended it" (More than half)

"A friend said they received mentoring and it was so good..."

"After seeing a fellow bootcamp classmate's resume get transformed..."

Is there any stronger evidence than someone who spent 170,000 won of their own money and invested their time recommending it to an acquaintance, saying, "You should try this too"?

2️⃣ "It didn't end with just one session; they kept reviewing it for me"

"Other mentoring sessions ended after just one time, but the mentor reviewed my work more than 10 times."

In fact, I review resumes 10, 20, or even 30 times. I also help with interviews as much as you want. This is because the reason I started mentoring was not to brag about myself.

3️⃣ "You were in a similar situation as me, mentor"

"Mentor, you had the exact same concerns as I do now three years ago."

"For the first time, I felt like 'this person understands my situation.'"

It was the same three years ago, and even now, I continue to worry, experiment, fail, and take on new challenges. As a fellow junior. As a fellow beginner. I do not speak of things I do not believe in. I do not tell you to do things I haven't done myself. I don't talk about methods from 10 years ago, but about what works right now.

.

.

.

There is a real reason why I wrote this book.

I still often think about that day three years ago.

It was a day when all the courses at the government-funded academy had ended, and even the final project was complete. The entire day was scheduled for a lecture on "How to Write a Resume." While the instructor was explaining something on the screen, I just stared blankly at the white Word document in front of me.

Truly, I was in a state of 'absolute nothingness'. I didn't even know where, what, or how to start. Should I use Word? PPT? Or maybe Notion? That sense of helplessness was more overwhelming than I expected. After spending the entire morning just watching the cursor blink, I eventually fled back home in the afternoon with a throbbing headache. That day, I couldn't write a single line other than the three characters of my name.

Looking back now, it wasn't that the lecture was bad. It was just that I wasn't prepared to take it in at all back then.

I can't forget that feeling of helplessness.

So, the first thing I ask before starting a mentoring session is this: what is the biggest difficulty you face in the process of getting a job or changing careers?

And I started from that point and tried to see it through to the end. Just like it was my own business. I was simply trying to be that 'person by their side' that I had so desperately wanted three years ago. Thankfully, so many people have joined me.

The more I mentor, the more I realize that many people are still facing the same sense of helplessness I felt three years ago. What is truly unfortunate is that while most people have great potential, they are heading in the wrong direction, pouring their passion and time into the wrong things.

  • Why do some resumes get accepted while others get rejected?

  • Why do some people move ahead while others fall behind?

  • Why do some people say this market is difficult, while others say it's worth a shot?

It is actually quite comforting to know that there is a reason for both success and failure. Because once you know that reason—the "rules of the game"—you can get on the right track without wasting time.

That is why I created this book.

  • How can I deliver this "winning formula," which I have proven over the past two years with more than 160 people, to even more people?

  • How can I reduce that time of feeling lost to 1/100th?

The result of those intense deliberations is this very book.

While creating resumes with 160 people,

Through talking, contemplating, and revising for over two hours every single time,

All the patterns discovered.

While revising resumes together 10, 20, or even 30 times,

"Ah, so this is how you change it to get accepted"

Every moment verified by data.

What I realized after 300 rejections

The painful truths about "why it didn't work."

And what I discovered as the acceptance rate rose from 1% to 66%

Clear formulas for "how to make it work."

I have packed all of this into a single volume of about 240 pages.

I didn't simply list information.

  • I poured hundreds of hours into it to perfectly replicate the experience of 1:1 mentoring.

  • I tried to include over 160 actual resumes' 'clinical data' while ensuring all personal information was protected.

  • Beyond just a resume, I ultimately wanted to provide challenge and inspiration for a person's "real" career design.

We don't spoon-feed you the right answers by telling you, "Write it like this."

Instead, it diagnoses the root cause of why your resume isn't working and instills the very 'mindset' that turns your raw experiences into a masterpiece.

I will now pass on the 'rules of the game' that I discovered through countless sleepless nights, being the first to fail and the first to face the challenges.

Let's go together. There is a way.

I recommend this to the following people.

📌 Those who are stuck in the swamp of the document screening process

"I've applied 100 times, so why am I the only one not getting in?"

"Do they even look at my resume?"

📌 Those who feel their experience is too ordinary and have nothing to write about

"Other people's resumes look so impressive, but mine feels empty with just one CRUD project, and I feel stuck."

📌 Those who feel anxious about being a non-major, their age, or career gaps

"I won't make it because I'm not a CS major"

"I'm too old, it's too late"

It would be great if you are one of these people

✓ Those who have submitted dozens or hundreds of resumes but have become more accustomed to rejection emails than acceptance, and are losing their confidence

✓ Those who feel anxious and uneasy because it seems like only they are stuck at the document screening stage while their peers are already going on interviews. vì dường như chỉ có mình mình bị kẹt lại ở vòng hồ sơ, trong khi bạn bè cùng học đã bắt đầu đi phỏng vấn hết rồi.

✓ Those who have clearly done something but feel stuck when trying to write it on a resume, wondering "So what did I actually learn?" and want to know how to package their experiences as 'achievements'

✓ Those who look at others' flashy project experiences and feel that their own projects seem too humble

✓ Those who want to give up before even starting because of labels like "I'm a non-major," "I'm too old," or "I have a career gap." vì những cái mác như "Tôi không đúng chuyên ngành", "Tôi đã lớn tuổi" hay "Tôi có khoảng trống trong sự nghiệp"

✓ Those who want to turn the experience of hiding or making excuses for their weaknesses on their resume into a 'powerful narrative' that no one can replicate

Features of this book

Why doesn't effort lead to results?

This book clearly diagnoses the reason why,

presents a concrete formula that turns all of your experiences into 'pass signals'.

Feature 1. Data-verified, reproducible formula

Does a resume that is guaranteed to pass exist?

With this question in mind, I have conducted countless experiments and research over the past two years. I have not only proven it myself but also confirmed that my hypotheses and methods work while working with numerous mentees.

I don't rely on vague "success myths" or personal "intuition."

Beyond just one person's success story, I wanted to create a 'success formula that anyone can replicate.'

For over two years, I conducted countless tests and verifications myself. I searched for the way forward while deliberating alongside more than 160 mentees. Embracing the desperation contained in each and every person's resume, I pondered together, "How can I make this person's value shine even brighter?" Through that intense process, a vast amount of data naturally accumulated regarding which sentences invite acceptance and which expressions lead to rejection.

This book contains only the most definitive 'formulas' that survived that entire journey, allowing you to replicate a success rate of 8 out of 10.

.

.

.

Feature 2. A fundamental solution starting with a shift in perspective

Are you worried that you have nothing to write? I'm sorry, but you're asking the wrong question.

Many people focus on fixing the 'sentences' and 'words' of their resumes. However, the real problem isn't writing skills. It is the 'perspective' itself that views a resume as a 'record of what I have done.'

This book suggests a 'remodeling of perspective' that recreates all your experiences into a 'marketable story,' rather than a 'quick-fix prescription' of adding another line to your credentials. Before worrying about 'what more to learn,' it first solves the problem of 'how to showcase what I already have.' When your perspective changes, the same experience transforms into a completely different resume.

  • The wrong question ❌ "What other skills should I learn?"

  • The right question

✅ "What can I prove with what I already have?"

This book doesn't just tell you the method (How) of "write it like this." It helps you understand the principle of "Why you should write it that way" (Why) first.

I want to change not what you have, but the eyes with which you see it. Because once a perspective changes, it becomes yours for a lifetime.

.

.

.

Feature 3. Not a 10-year senior, but the story of someone who was just like you 3 years ago

Because I am someone who failed first, I understand your current concerns more accurately than anyone else.

Sometimes, the advice of someone just one step ahead is more accurate than the success stories of those who are too far ahead or the tales of great figures who have already surpassed you by a long margin.

I started in my 30s, was a non-major, had a starting salary in the 20 millions, and failed more than 300 times.

So, what makes it different?

  • ✓ It covers a 'story of overcoming failure,' not a 'myth of success.'

Instead of "I succeeded because I worked hard," I will show you "I figured out why it wasn't working."

  • ✓ We provide 'realistic solutions' rather than 'idealistic advice.'

Instead of saying "This is how you do it perfectly," I show you, "I had these handicaps too, and this is how I broke through them."

  • ✓ Showing a 'reproducible path for anyone,' rather than a 'method for geniuses.'

Because I succeeded without a flashy background, you will gain the realistic confidence that "I can do it too."

Instead, it may be sharper and more painful.

Here is what you will learn.

Section 1: How to Design a Winning Game (Perspective Reset)

Why isn't my resume being read? You must first understand the rules of the game!

Core Keywords

Perspective Shift | Redefining the Essence of a Resume | Recruiter Psychology | Problem-Solving Narrative | Practical Case Analysis

A winning resume's success or failure is decided even before the first sentence is written.

This is because everything is determined by whose perspective you take and what strategy you use to approach it. In this section, you will learn the most fundamental shift in perspective that will transform you from a 'rejected applicant' into a 'selected talent.'

  • ✓ The '40-Second Rule' to Hack the Recruiter's Brain

You will learn the reality of 'negative filtering'—which weeds out 90% of candidates—to understand why your resume gets rejected without even being read, and learn how to survive it.

  • ✓ How to redefine your ordinary experiences as 'Grade-A products'

Redefine your resume not as a "personal diary," but as a "marketing document to sell yourself." We will completely shift your perspective from "what I have done" to "what value I can provide."

  • ✓ The technique of finding weapons in your real 'story', beyond just specifications

While others focus only on flashy tech stacks, those who get hired sell their "story." I will show you the techniques to uncover the powerful weapons hidden within your own experiences.

  • ✓ The principle of 'strategic editing' that turns even weaknesses into a powerful narrative

You will learn the principles of how to turn your weaknesses, such as being a non-major or having career gaps, into compelling stories through real-life examples.

Once you finish reading this

  • "Ah, so that's why my resume wasn't being read" You will be able to make a clear diagnosis.

  • "This is how I should write it" You will gain specific solutions.

  • You will feel the conviction that "I can do it too."

  • ✓ A 4-step formula to turn any experience into a 'problem-solving' story

I wrote this with the goal of going beyond simply teaching 'methods' and becoming a 'reliable mentor' who accompanies you throughout the entire recruitment journey.

Until it happens—that's my way.

It doesn't end with just a book. I will truly be with you until you pass.

While mentoring, I realized one thing.

"Hardly anyone can finish it with just one book."

Real change must come from 'action'.

But the path of taking action alone is lonely and daunting.

We shouldn't just talk about it; we need to actually go together.

[A Promise to All Buyers]

  1. Invitation to a 'Growing Together' Developer Community

Stop struggling alone. I will invite you to a KakaoTalk group chat where over 100 people are currently gathered. We share information together and move forward while cheering for each other's growth.

✓ Invitation to the official KakaoTalk community (currently 100+ members)

→ Networking with peers who share the same concerns

→ Comfort in knowing "I'm not the only one struggling" and the motivation that "I can do it too"

  2. 1:1 Open Chatroom with Author 'Grit' Now Open

From minor questions where you wonder, "Is it okay to ask something like this?" to unspoken career concerns. We are opening a private channel just for you, 24/7, 365 days a year. Any question is welcome.

→ A book that continues to evolve even after purchase

🔥 [None of this matters if it doesn't lead to an acceptance]

I am providing the core benefits, which were initially limited to a first-come, first-served basis and are equivalent to professional mentoring, to all purchasers.

What's the point of hiding everything I have?

I'm giving you everything I can.

'Unlimited' resume editing until you get hired

This is not a one-time feedback session that ends after a single look.

From setting the direction of your resume down to every single sentence, I will be with you until both you and the company are satisfied.

Unlimited Resume Editing (No limit on the number of times)

→ Not just "this is good enough," but to the level of "this will definitely get you hired."

→ It's not just once or twice. 10 times, 20 times... until you get accepted into the company you want

Just like actual mentoring. Some people revise their work more than 10 times. Those are the ones who eventually succeed.

Providing 'Mock Interviews' in the same environment as actual interviews

After passing the document screening, prepare for the most daunting stage—the interview—just like the real thing.

Even for mock interviews, different styles are needed depending on the characteristics of the company.

From expected questions and follow-up questions to pressure interviews. We maximize your chances of passing to the limit.

✓ 1 Mock Interview session provided (Google Meet, 60–120 minutes)

Resume-based practical questions + immediate feedback

→ Accurate diagnosis of how you appear from the interviewer's perspective

⚠️ Please read before purchasing.

Lastly, I'm going to tell you something truly important.

This book is not magic.

Nothing will change just by buying the book. Your resume won't be automatically completed the moment you download the PDF. Your pass rate won't increase just by reading it.

I'll be honest with you.

This book is going to demand a lot from you.

✓ First, 'time'.

  • 3-4 hours just to read through Parts 0-6 carefully

  • Actually rewriting your resume will take 5-10 hours

  • 2-3 hours to refine while referring to the Appendix FAQ

An absolute investment of at least 10 hours or more is required.

✓ Second, it's 'courage'.

  • The courage to coldly face the question, "Why didn't my resume make it?"

  • The courage to admit, "I was wrong."

  • The courage to decide, "I need to completely overhaul the resume I've built up until now."

You may need to completely overhaul your resume.

✓ Third, it's 'action'.

  • You must sit down at your computer and type it out yourself.

  • Read Part 3 and rewrite your self-introduction yourself.

  • Read Part 4 and completely overhaul your project descriptions.

  • Revise it 10 or 20 times using the appendix checklist.

Reading is not enough. You must write it yourself.

✓ Fourth, 'patience'.

  • The patience to accept that perfect results may not come all at once

  • The patience to look for 'areas for improvement' instead of feeling frustrated when you receive another rejection email.

  • The patience to maintain your own pace without feeling rushed by the news of others' success.

It requires the patience to believe in the right direction and move forward, even if things don't change overnight.

Lastly, I will be completely honest with you.

If you do this, nothing will change even after buying this book.

❌ Just glancing through the PDF once after downloading it and finishing there

❌ Putting it off by saying "I'll do it later" and then forgetting about it

❌ Reading it but not actually revising your resume

❌ Giving up halfway, thinking "I don't think this is for me"

❌ Looking at the checklist and skipping it because it's "too much trouble"

You are 100% just wasting your money.

But on the other hand, what if you actually put it into practice?

✅ Part 0-2 Realizing "Ah, so that's why I failed" while reading

✅ Read Part 3-4 and actually move your hands to fix your resume yourself

✅ Learn the patterns by looking at the successful examples in Part 5 and realizing, "So this is how I should write it."

✅ Polishing more than 10 times using the appendix checklist

✅ If you get stuck, go back to the Part 7 FAQ to find the answer

✅ Ask questions and receive feedback in the community

If you do this, your resume will definitely change.

Once you gain confidence from your resume, many things will change from then on.

This is because the first step, the document screening process, is a part that can be made perfect through thorough preparation.

Once your resume is complete, you can focus on the next steps, making it realistically possible to get accepted into top-tier companies.

If it still doesn't work after you've tried, bring it to me. Bring it ten times, or even twenty times.

There is only one condition.

Think for yourself, take action, put in the effort, and do not give up.

I will help you until it works, until the very end.

Do you have any questions?

I will answer in advance the questions that were asked most frequently and the ones you are likely most curious about.

Q. Who is this book for?

A. This book is for all developers who have the skills but keep failing at the application stage.

Specifically

  • Junior developers who are repeatedly failing the document screening process

  • 1-5 year developers who have experience but a weak resume

  • Non-majors, bootcamp graduates

  • Developers preparing for a career move

  • Newcomers writing their resumes for the first time

Commonality: "Those who know what to write, but don't know how to write it."

Q. My experience is limited to ordinary CRUD projects... Can I really create a "winning" resume with just this?

A. Yes, it is 100% possible. In fact, this book is specifically for people like you. The secret to passing is not the "scale of experience" but the "depth of experience." This book teaches you specific methods to dig out "problem-solving narratives" that even senior interviewers will find interesting—such as "experience resolving concurrency issues" or "optimizing N+1 problems"—by asking "Why?" ten times about your CRUD project. The more ordinary the ingredients, the more important the chef's skill becomes.

Q. Is this helpful for newcomers too? I don't have any work experience...

A. On the contrary, it is even more useful for newcomers.

Reason:

  • The less experience you have, the more important the "way you present it" becomes.

  • Since all new candidates have similar experiences (school projects, bootcamps), differentiation is the key.

  • The passing resumes A and B in Chapter 17 are both entry-level/junior cases.

In fact, people with zero years of experience have increased their document screening pass rates using this methodology.

Q. I am a non-major and a graduate of a government-funded training program. My specs are nowhere near the level of the so-called 'Na-Ka-Ra-Ku-Bae' (top tech companies); will this book really be helpful?

A. Yes! I wrote this specifically for people like you. I was also a non-major in my 30s from an obscure government-funded academy. Because I had nothing, I had to obsess over "how to showcase" what I did have at 120%. This book is not for those with flashy credentials. It is a "survival strategy guide" for people just like you, who must create the best dish even with limited ingredients. I will prove to you, staking my entire experience, how your weaknesses can become a powerful weapon that no one else can imitate.

Q. Is this simply a "write it like this" template book?

A. No, it is quite the opposite.

What this book does not do:

  • ❌ "Copy and paste this sentence"

  • ❌ "Just follow this template"

  • ❌ "You just need to write it like this"

What this book does:

  • Why you should write this way

  • How to create your own story

  • What to emphasize and what to hide

This is a book that changes your "mindset," not just provides a "template."

It develops your ability to judge and improve on your own.

Q. Honestly, information about resumes is everywhere on the internet. What makes this book decisively different from blog posts or other lectures?

A. That's a great question. There are three decisive differences.

  1. It teaches you a 'system'. Rather than scattered advice, it provides a reproducible 'formula' that yields results if followed exactly.

  2. Proven by 'data'. This is not just my personal success story, but a methodology verified by over 160 mentoring data points, working for 8 out of 10 people.

  3. I design 'careers'. Beyond simple employment, I provide a long-term roadmap to surviving the AI era and becoming a 'developer who doesn't need a resume'. This is not just a resume book.

Q. Does the pass rate really increase tenfold just by reading the book? Were there no "failure cases" in your mentoring?

A. Of course there were. Those who only read the book and didn't apply a single line to their own resumes did not change. This is not a book to 'just read,' but 'a book that makes your hands move.' The only difference between success and failure was 'execution.' However, I promise you this: if you follow the formulas presented in this book to the end and still don't see a path forward, come find me. I am someone who stays with you 'until it works.' Since your failure is also my failure, I will never leave you alone.

Q. "Is it over once I buy the book? Do I have to pay any additional money?"

A. There are zero additional costs. I don't want this book to be something you just "read and finish." To ensure you actually achieve "results," I have included my "time" and "experience" within the price of the book.

I will provide all buyers with an invitation to a community I personally manage and a private chat room where you can ask 1:1 questions at any time. If you get stuck, don't struggle alone—reach out to me 24/7.

No additional cost X

Q. Does this apply only to specific tech stacks (Java, Spring)?

A. Unfortunately, most of the examples are focused on the backend. However, the principles and core messages remain the same.

Q. Can I see actual successful resumes?

A. Yes, in Chapter 17, three actual successful resumes are disclosed. However, to protect personal information,

  • All personal information has been adapted.

  • Company names and project names changed

  • The structure and narrative style have also been completely adapted.

  • However, practical similarity is provided by replacing the core structures and examples with the most similar cases possible

We provide three cases.

  • Resume A: Non-major → Differentiation strategy

  • Resume B: Newcomer → Deep thinking process

  • Resume C: 2nd Year → Business Impact

Each resume is analyzed sentence by sentence to explain "why it was accepted."

Q. How is this different from the mentoring you currently offer on Inflearn?

A. Both options are identical in that they provide 'unlimited resume editing until you pass' and '1:1 Open Chat.'

The biggest difference is the 'In-depth 1:1 Session'.

  • E-book: You learn on your own based on the book and exchange feedback via written text.

  • 1:1 Mentoring: In addition to the e-book, it includes a separate 1:1 Google Meet session lasting an average of 1 to 2 hours. During this session, the mentor conducts an in-depth interview of the mentee's experiences, providing not only resume editing but also personalized career diagnosis and specific direction design. Mock interviews are also provided without a limit on the number of sessions (n times).

In summary, the e-book is about applying a "proven formula" on your own, while mentoring is the process of perfectly personalizing that formula for the mentee through "1:1 in-depth coaching." It is essentially like a form of online private tutoring.

[October 25, 2025 Update]

6 real-world mentoring FAQs reflecting vivid concerns have been newly added!

We are continuously updating the content based on real questions and answers from actual 1:1 mentoring sessions. Even now, I am working intensely with mentees every week to complete their resumes, and I am incorporating the core insights gained from that process into the book without missing a beat.

These questions are actual inquiries sent via KakaoTalk by book buyers and mentees who are working hard with me to complete their resumes. We have these kinds of conversations quite often!

Here are the brand-new FAQ items that were recently added.

  • Q. I'm a new hire, and the offered salary is lower than I expected. Is it okay to try negotiating? Will there be any disadvantages? (feat. How to provide justification)

  • Q. How should I answer if I'm asked about the overall architecture that I didn't design myself during an interview? (feat. Answering only as much as you know)

  • Q. I feel lost on how to prepare for a culture fit interview.

  • Q. I finally passed! What should I focus on after joining the company? (feat. Resume-Driven Development)

  • Q. Are study group activities a must?

  • Q. Is it okay to push back the start date after being hired? (e.g., for travel)

[Updated November 8, 2025]

Major upgrade to Chapter 15, 'Character Headlines'!

The 'headline' is the most important element that determines the first impression of a resume.

To solve the problem of many people getting stuck on abstract phrases like "growing" or "striving," we have extensively upgraded Chapter 15: The Power of a Single Sentence in Creating Your Own 'Character.'

Through this update, we present a new fundamental principle and framework regarding why "the worst headlines" are bad and what makes "the best headlines" different.

Discover specific strategies to define yourself through 'verbs' rather than 'nouns' and captivate recruiters with 'high-resolution' sentences. This chapter alone will completely transform the first impression of your resume.

[Updated February 17, 2026]

🎊 [Special Appendix] Included — Practical techniques to flip the script on interviews and increase your market value after passing the resume stage (Total 258 pages)

If you've made it to the interview with your resume, the real game begins now.

Having conducted over 180 mentoring sessions (as of February 2026), I have seen countless people who performed well in technical interviews but crumbled at the very end, or those who regretted accepting their initial salary offer immediately after being hired. To ensure that I take responsibility not just for completing the resume, but for the practical stages following acceptance, I have added a special appendix.

Appendix A. Salary Negotiation Essentials — A 3-second difference makes tens of millions of won Anchoring effect, prospect theory, and framing effect. It includes three psychological laws that work at the negotiation table, practical answer strategies for "What is your desired salary?", market data collection methods, and five practical principles you must never forget.

Appendix B. Interview Reverse Question Essentials — The last 5 minutes determine your acceptance The Peak-End Rule, the Benjamin Franklin Effect, and the Simulation Effect. This section includes 3 psychological laws that influence an interviewer's mind, 3 ready-to-use reverse question formulas, 5 landmines to avoid at all costs, situational guides, and a selection of 10 reverse questions.

This appendix is a condensed version of the core content from the separate e-book series provided by the Team Grit Library. We have curated it as an "essential" version so that those who chose this book can also benefit from it.

I will continue to update insights from the field so that you can consistently have the experience of "it's like receiving mentoring from this one book." 🙇🏻‍♂️🔥

Hello.
From a salary in the 20 millions to the 50 millions in just one year—achieving 'compressed growth' starting as a non-major from a pure liberal arts background in my 30s

I am called "Grit."

https://linktr.ee/mentor.grit

  • Immediately after graduating from a government-funded program:

200+ rejections, 0% pass rate → In the midst of feeling lost with nothing substantial to put on my resume, I began digging into the 'formula for success'

  • 2 months after graduating from the government-funded program: 100+ rejections but 15+ acceptances & 10+ interviews → 20% acceptance rate

  • Year 0: Joined a company with a salary in the 20 million won range → Designed and executed 'compressed growth' to turn the tables within a year

  • 6 months in: Started preparing for a job change, 100+ rejections → 1% success rate

  • Year 1: Salary 20M→50M (100%↑ increase), proved the 'winning formula' by raising document pass rate from 1%→66%, and moved to a major IT corporation in Pangyo

  • Year 2: Reached a 60 million KRW salary + passed on the 'winning formula' to over 160 mentees, maintaining a top-rated 5.0/5.0 mentoring score for a year

The key to passing that I discovered was these two things: 'the real substance (experience)' and 'the way it is presented (resume)'.

You must design and cultivate both of these.

There are three ways to share knowledge on Inflearn.

1⃣1:1 Mentoring - Resume editing and hyper-personalized in-depth coaching that turns your existing experience into a 'marketable story'
2⃣E-book - A playbook containing all the formulas for writing a successful resume in 240 pages
3⃣Engineering Tutoring - Practical coaching to create the 'real substance' for your resume together over 8 weeks

I hope that the footprints of my past failures can serve as a stepping stone for those who need to make a leap forward.

Jisoo, thank you so much for leaving such a heartfelt review! :-D To be honest, scrapping and rewriting your resume multiple times is truly a painful process, but I'm really proud that you felt growth rather than stress through it all. As you mentioned, a resume gains power when it contains not just a simple list, but a strategy for persuasion! Especially those times when you intensely pondered 'why I used this technology' - those moments will become your most reliable weapon to protect you in the interview room. Since you've solidly rebuilt the foundation, I sincerely hope you'll receive good news from the place you desire! Fighting!!! :)

This course doesn't just end with fixing resume sentences or formatting. It's a practical course where you can learn to think from a recruiter's perspective and reinterpret your experiences from that viewpoint. By applying the various examples and actual resume cases from the course to your own projects, you'll get a sense of 'how to present it' rather than 'what to write.' The previously vague direction of resume writing becomes clear, and you can organize your experiences in a persuasive way. I especially want to recommend this to those writing a resume for the first time, or those who feel overwhelmed about where to start.

Hello Kyungbin! Thank you so much for taking your precious time to leave such a thoughtful review. I'm truly delighted to hear that you learned 'how to reinterpret experiences from a recruiter's perspective,' as it seems you've gained exactly the core value of this book. I especially appreciate you recommending it to those writing their resume for the first time. Your words will surely give great courage to many others who feel overwhelmed. I'll always be cheering for your future! Thank you. 🙇🏻‍♂️

I recently received mentoring from Grit mentor. This e-book contains the core content of that mentoring. If I were to leave a one-line review, it would be that I gained value beyond the amount I invested. While preparing for a job change, I looked at resumes of fellow developers around me and revised my own resume countless times. However, if you started your developer career in SI, honestly, there isn't much special content worth putting on your resume. Project experiences are all similar, and it's difficult to create a resume that stands out to anyone. That's why many people take bootcamps or online courses to learn new tech stacks in order to increase their resume acceptance rate. I did the same. But from my experience, to be brutally honest, that alone makes it difficult to fundamentally improve the resume itself. This book contains stories about "What can I do with what I have?" instead of "What am I lacking?" The same experience becomes a much more attractive story when you change your perspective. Rather than simply listing technologies like "I developed this," it teaches you how to attractively tell your own story by incorporating your perspective as a developer. I recommend this book to those who are worried because they have SI experience or don't have special projects. You can learn that how you show what you have ultimately makes the difference.

Hello lch9502! Following our mentoring connection, I'm truly moved that you've left such a thoughtful and in-depth review. 😊 I especially appreciate how you accurately understand the concerns of those worried about their SI career background, and your insight that this book can offer hope by showing that 'when you change your perspective, what you see becomes different' is truly valuable. You're absolutely right. The key difference lies not in 'what you did' but in 'what you will demonstrate through it'! I believe your sincere recommendation will give courage to many others who have similar concerns. Thank you 👍🏻👍🏻

In this extremely difficult job market, this helps me write my resume very well, which is the first step in introducing myself! After watching this lecture, I was able to understand why I had been rejected at the document screening stage until now. Thank you so much!

hongjm1022, hello! Thank you so much for your 5-star review. 🙇🏻‍♂️ I deeply empathize with your comment about "the extremely difficult job market." Like your expression of it being "the first button," resumes are truly the most important yet daunting first step. When you said "I could understand why I had been rejected until now," I'm truly happy that the message I most wanted to convey through this book was well delivered to you, hongjm1022. I sincerely support your successful job search! Thank you. 👍🏻

I had some idea of how to write a resume, but this helped reinforce it once more and seemed to help me think about it more deeply. As someone who is older and from a non-technical background like myself, there were parts I could relate to, which was great. I'll try to succeed in getting a job through this lecture.

Hello Hieung! Thank you so much for taking your precious time to leave such a wonderful 5-star review. 😊 Even though you already knew the direction, I'm truly delighted that this book served as an opportunity to 'reinforce the content once more' and 'think more deeply on your own.' Sometimes the process of clarifying what we know and gaining confidence is just as important as learning something new. I'm particularly touched that you resonated with the age and non-major background aspects. Having walked the same path myself, I understand that overwhelming feeling and anxiety better than anyone, and I wrote this book with the desperation to somehow find a breakthrough. We've already had many conversations through the KakaoTalk group chat... but I'm even more excited for what's ahead! Don't get discouraged and let's definitely make it to successful employment together! 👍🏻
