The "Introduction to Autodesk Maya 2020 Effects and Motion" course is an introduction to the basic functions that can be used for effects and motion work in Maya 2020. The entire course consists of a total of four lectures.

Part 2

In the second part, you will learn the basic concepts and methods of Particle Expression, which can control nParticles with logical numbers and codes to create motion. In this process, you will also learn how to control situations such as Instancer, Sprite, and Curve Flow with Expressions, and how to render nParticles with Arnold Renderer.
Here we will use the Liquid Simulation, nParticle to Polygon feature to create a simple liquid-like motion for the particles rather than the typical particle motion.

I'm using the 2020 version !

  • This course covers Autodesk Maya 2020. We recommend that you have at least version 2020 or later.
