Why Does Vibe Coding Fail When Done as a Team? — AI Team Development with SCRUM, by a 26-Year Veteran Architect

I got faster working alone with AI, so why did team projects get slower? The code each person builds with AI doesn’t fit together, the same features get built twice, and code no one can explain keeps piling up. The problem isn’t AI—it’s the way we work. A 26-year veteran architect will share the rules for teams working with AI. - Does any of this sound familiar? • The API a teammate built with AI won’t connect to the screen I built with AI. One side uses userId, the other user_id. • "I built everything with AI, and it works!" But then one edge case breaks it immediately. • I reviewed a 2,000-line PR generated by AI, and eventually just scrolled through and approved it. • In an interview, I couldn’t answer the question, "Why did you write the code this way?" • I spent all night repeating "Why isn’t this working…" with AI, and couldn’t even tell my team. If even one of these applies to you, this course is your next step.

[New Course Launch] Why Does Vibe Coding Fail When Done as a Team?

Hello, I'm Han Jeong-heon.
It's been a while, but I have news about a new course.

We’ve released “Why Does Vibe Coding Fail in Teams?”.

These days, when I ask bootcamp students, “Have you ever had a team project go sideways because of AI recently?” almost everyone nods. When you work alone, AI feels like a superpower, but somehow it makes things harder when you work with others.

  • The API my teammate built with AI and the screen I built with AI don’t connect. One uses userId, while the other uses user_id.

  • You end up just scrolling through and approving a 2,000-line PR created by AI.

  • When asked, "Why was this code written this way?", all I can say is, “That’s how the AI wrote it.”

The problem isn’t AI—it’s the way we work. This course is my answer to that question.

■ What This Course Covers

  • Specs that keep AI from guessing: user stories, acceptance criteria (Given/When/Then), and having AI ask questions first

  • A team harness that keeps everyone's AI aligned to the same rules: rule files, tests, and CI quality gates

  • DoD that distinguishes “generated ≠ working ≠ done”

  • Rewrite backlog, story points, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives for teams working with AI.

■ What Makes This Course Unique

  • Build the same service twice and evaluate it yourselves. Build a study room reservation service once without a spec, and once with a spec, rules file, and DoD, then evaluate the results against the DoD.

  • A hands-on repository and lab commands are provided. Run lab start to create a practice folder with a single command, then follow along line by line using the web guide.

  • You’re not locked into any tool. It works the same whether you use Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or Codex.

  • It’s okay if you don’t know Scrum. There’s a dedicated fundamentals section (35 minutes), which you can skip if you already know the material.

■ Recommended for

  • Bootcamp students and job seekers preparing for a team project

  • Developers with 1–3 years of experience who use AI tools well but struggle with collaboration

  • Team leads and tech leads looking to introduce AI coding tools to their teams

■ Course Information

  • 10 sections · 55 lessons · approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes

  • 4 demos + 3 hands-on exercises

  • Free previews: 0-1, 0-2, 1-1, 1-2, 2-5

  • 50% launch discount: 66,000 won → 33,000 won (until [discount deadline])

Feel free to watch a few free preview lessons before deciding. In particular, 1-2, “Seven Days of a Four-Person Team: A Breakdown Scenario,” will make anyone who’s worked on a team project laugh—and wince.

Thank you, as always, for taking my courses. I’ve designed this one to be immediately useful in your work as well.

Best regards, Han Jeong-heon
