Hands-on practice throughout the entire process including execution, feedback, and follow-up management

PDCA, Kanban, and other practical execution management techniques, along with priority setting methods (Pairwise Matrix, Eisenhower Matrix, OKR, SMART), are practiced through hands-on exercises.

You will acquire a comprehensive problem-solving process that establishes a continuous improvement culture through post-execution feedback collection, result analysis, and follow-up management (AAR, SSC, etc.).
