Q. CRM marketing campaigns seem complex because they require messages to be delivered based on user behavior. Do you have any campaign design know-how?
You may want to refer to the PRD (Product Requirement Document) . A competent PO needs a service journey map designed by the service planner. You can hypothesize that by communicating with specific customers at specific points along their service journey, they will use your service more frequently and for longer periods of time. Documenting this in a mind map or flowchart will be helpful when implementing it in your actual CRM tool.
Q. My company has adopted Braze. Can I immediately utilize Liquid and Connected Content?
Additional data taxonomy steps are required. A detailed setup of events, event properties, and attributes is required. Once this is complete, Liquid can be utilized, and for connected content, API development with specific data is required.
