You can establish a hypothesis about what message to deliver to specific customers at what point in the service journey to make them use our service more frequently and for longer periods. If you document this as a mind map or flow chart, it will help when implementing it in an actual CRM tool.
Q. Our company has adopted Braze. Can we use Liquid and Connected Content right away?
An additional data taxonomy process is required. It's necessary to meticulously set up events, event properties, attributes, etc. Once this is completed, you can utilize Liquid, and for Connected Content, API development containing specific data is required.
