What you will gain after the course

  • Automating Team Development Guides Using Codex Rules

  • Automation of Hooks-based code review and verification

  • Building an external service integration environment using MCP

  • Completion of AI agent-based development workflow

🚀 The era of AI agents is here, and the way we develop is changing

Beyond the era of ChatGPT simply answering questions, we have now entered an era where AI actually writes code, understands projects, and performs development tasks.

OpenAI's Codex is not just a simple code generation tool.

It is an AI Software Engineering Agent that can understand projects,
perform multiple tasks simultaneously,
connect with external systems,
and carry out development work on behalf of developers.

However, many developers are still struggling with the following concerns.

  • How is Codex different from ChatGPT?

  • How is it different from Cursor and Claude Code?

  • How should it be utilized in practice?

  • When should AGENTS.md, MCP, Rules, and Hooks be used?

  • What specific problems does the Subagent actually solve?

This lecture focuses not just on simple functional descriptions, but on how actual developers apply Codex to real-world work.

💬 Do you have any questions?

Q. I've never used an AI coding tool before; will I be okay?

Of course. The lecture starts from installation and covers what Codex is, how to use it, and why we use it.

will be explained step-by-step. However, you will be able to follow along much more easily if you have a basic understanding of how to use Git and the terminal.

Q. What will I be able to do after taking this course?

Beyond simply using "AI that writes code for you," you will understand how to delegate analysis, implementation, and testing to AI, and how to automate repetitive tasks.

Additionally, you will be able to build your own AI development environment by utilizing MCP, Hooks, Rules, and more.

Q. AI is developing so rapidly; is it okay to start learning now?

In fact, I believe now is the best time. While AI tools continue to change, the methods of delegating tasks to AI,

how to collaborate with AI, and how to utilize AI Agents will continue to grow in importance.

This course does not just explain the features of a specific version, but focuses on understanding development methods in the era of AI Agents.

🙋 Notes before taking the course

💻 Practice Environment

  • You can take the course on Windows, macOS, or Linux.

  • The lectures are conducted in a macOS environment, but most of the content can be applied regardless of the operating system.

Tools Used

  • ChatGPT Plus or Codex access is required.

  • A development environment with Git installed is recommended.

  • Use the terminal (Command Line).

Recommended Specifications

  • A standard development laptop is sufficient.

  • A separate high-specification GPU or AI server is not required.

📚 Learning Materials

  • All lecture slides (PDF)

  • Hands-on practice example code

  • Project Examples

  • Example configuration files used in the lecture

Lecture Slide Language

  • Lecture slides are provided in English.

  • All lecture explanations are provided in Korean.

What I felt while working as a developer in Silicon Valley is that English is closer to a necessity than an option.

Most of the latest AI technologies, open-source documentation, and developer communities operate based on English. Therefore, this course also has slides produced in minimal, understandable English so that you can become familiar with the global development environment.

If you feel uncomfortable or have a strong aversion to English slides, this course may not be suitable for you.

I had only used Claude Code before, but I bought this to quickly see what Codex is like. Overall, the explanations were clear, and I liked that it covered everything up to the actual service deployment flow. Please continue to provide great lectures. Thank you.

Hello Country, Thank you for leaving such a valuable review. 😊 I am truly glad that this helped you quickly explore Codex from the perspective of someone who has used Claude Code. In particular, I tried to include the "entire flow from actual service development to deployment," which is one of the areas people are most curious about in practice, and I appreciate your kind words on that. Moving forward, I will continue to prepare lectures focusing on content that can be immediately applied in the field, going beyond simple feature introductions. Enjoy your learning, and I look forward to your continued support. Thank you! 🚀
