Break down your tasks using Google Workspace Studio and turn them into AI workflows.
Once you have identified tasks that can be replaced by AI through a task breakdown, you can substitute those tasks with Google Workspace Studio workflows. If exceptional situations arise in the middle of the process, you must change your work methods so that the AI can handle them "unconditionally." You cannot simply tell the AI to figure it out on its own. As small tasks accumulate, they will save you 10 or 20 minutes of your time, and when this builds up across the entire company, it creates a significant impact.
If you give up by concluding that your work is not compatible with AI, these opportunities will disappear. Modify your tasks so they can be integrated into AI workflows, and try using those AI workflows as the company's official AI workflows. This is more effective and realistic than any expensive AI tool or system.
