🌱 Asset Management 101 for Ordinary Office Workers
Usually, lectures on 'how to make money' are typically given by people who have built long careers in the financial sector or those who have achieved great economic success. However, contrary to expectations, listening to these people's stories often doesn't help us much.
There are many people who have tremendous abilities or have been blessed with tremendous luck.
Ordinary people can't follow that process exactly. It's impossible to replicate.
For these people, it's not about accumulating money, but rather protecting what they have is more important.
A portfolio suitable for wealthy individuals is completely different from a portfolio suitable for working professionals.
🎯 I feel anxious whether I invest or not.
People who make safe deposits/savings and those who take risks investing in stocks are all anxious. Without systematic knowledge about which financial products to use or a big picture understanding of portfolio investment, you'll always feel uneasy even when making profits. Asset management is an area that requires both study and practice, and if you don't know, you're bound to feel anxious.
🙌 Goals of Asset Management for Working Professionals
Is it necessary for all office workers to spend 3 hours a day reading corporate reports, studying accounting and financial statements, and following macroeconomic trends? How can we achieve sustainable investing that suits office workers without spending excessive time and effort? This course aims for effective asset management that ordinary office workers can realistically implement.
Based on numbers, you need to be able to predict and prepare for a very specific future.
It should be at a level that is achievable for working professionals.
You must not let too much of the precious resource called 'time' be taken away from you.
You should be able to invest with peace of mind and sometimes even enjoyment.
🙋🏻♂️ What we study in this course

We minimize difficult economic terminology and detailed corporate analysis, and instead discuss how to allocate assets according to individual investment tendencies and how to achieve alpha investing that can be effective while spending less time and effort. 🌈 For safe and enjoyable investing
Investing recklessly without any study is risky, but not investing at all is equally dangerous. Well-designed investments make time work in your favor, allowing you to expect stable returns while minimizing risk. Remember that if you don't study and prepare in advance, you'll eventually be forced to start investing unprepared!
This course may not make everyone wealthy, but I believe it can at least provide a good reference point on how to manage your own assets. If you set aside preconceptions and study step by step, you'll discover that managing assets doesn't require as much tremendous knowledge as you might think.
I wish for healthy investment and asset growth for all working professionals :)

Who is this course right for?
Office worker wanting to gradually build assets
Office workers with insufficient savings and risky stock investments.
I am an office worker who thought that only rich people with money could manage assets. I was embarrassed while listening to the lecture because I thought, “Oh, really, I didn’t know this much.” From very basic financial knowledge to investment for asset management, the information was calmly explained within a reliable range, so I felt like I should repeat it over and over again like a bible. I am excited to quickly create a pension savings fund and organize a portfolio. Thank you for the great lecture ^^
Thank you for the review~ I think the most important thing in investing is consistency. Don't be overly excited or depressed by short-term results, but invest by gradually accumulating the 'period' and 'investment funds'. Please recommend it to your friends too~
I heard stories of friends around me making money through stocks, but when I actually tried to do it myself, I was at a loss. After listening to this lecture, I think I know how to invest in the future. It is a beginner-friendly lecture. The part explaining pensions in particular was very helpful. Thank you!
Thank you for the review! I organized it based on things I was curious about when I was a beginner, so I hope it will be helpful to those in a similar situation. ㅎㅎ
This is the best lecture to use as a starting point for asset management for office workers. I have been putting off systematic asset management with the excuse that I am busy and it is difficult as a new member of society. Even though there is a lot of information on the Internet when I try to study financial technology, it is not easy because of the non-neutral and fragmented knowledge. However, Mr. Yang Seung-hwa explains the basics of asset management in a neutral and thorough manner, like a family member who provides financial education at the dinner table. I realized that "it is really a mindset issue" and was able to gain a direction for future study and practice after listening to the lecture. Thank you for creating a lecture that fits the title of "Asset Management 101 for Office Workers" perfectly. I am learning and gaining a lot :)
I also agree with what you said about 'non-neutral and fragmented knowledge'. Information is often scattered here and there, and there are often cases where some 'intention' is cleverly hidden. In particular, economic/financial videos that you see on YouTube are often less helpful than helpful.
Thank you for sympathizing with the purpose of the lecture and leaving a sincere review. Please recommend it to your friends and juniors who have similar concerns~
I liked that you explained the methods that can be used from the beginning from the perspective of a working person, focusing on the key points. In particular, for me who had been investing mainly in domestic stocks, it was a good lecture that made me think about asset allocation methods using foreign stocks, and I think the various reference sites you mentioned will be of great help in the future.
Thank you for leaving a review~ I also started with domestic stocks, but now I have more overseas stocks. ^^ I hope you will refer to the various sites I introduced and solidify your own investment method.
