Q. Is there a program I need to purchase for the course?
Since we're using the free versions of MSSQL Express and Visual Studio 2019 Community, you can download and use them. (Installation instructions are included in the lecture.)
Q. Can I also develop iPhone apps?
I haven't tested it because I don't have an iPhone, but Zamarin is a platform that can also develop iPhone apps.
