  • Common AWS Infrastructure Architecture

  • VPC, Subnet, Internet Gateway, NAT Gateway, Routing Table

🥹 I sincerely thank all the students who have supported me 🥹

It's already been a year since I created the AWS beginner course. Before first opening the AWS course, I had many worries like whether I explained things too difficultly, and what if the students weren't satisfied.

Fortunately, many people took the AWS beginner course, and I remember breathing a sigh of relief after hearing in the reviews that they were able to easily understand AWS and apply it in real-world situations.

And thanks to the students who encouraged me to keep creating courses, I gained the confidence to create an AWS intermediate course as well.

In this intermediate AWS course, we'll teach you how to improve network security using VPC and how to build infrastructure that increases availability and reduces server failure probability.

In the field, security is important, so VPC is essentially built to configure AWS infrastructure. The fact that VPC is being built and used in the field means that you also need to understand the concept of VPC to be more advantageous for employment, and it also means you can quickly adapt to work when you get hired by a company.

In this lecture, rather than just showing you how to build a VPC and calling it done, I'll help you understand each concept needed to build a VPC so you can apply it to your own project situations. And using those concepts, we'll build a VPC the way it's done in real-world professional environments.

Through this course, I sincerely hope that you will gain a deeper understanding and ability to work with AWS, becoming a developer who is recognized in the industry. I'll see you in the course.

✨ 4 Key Points I Focused on While Creating the Course

The field of development requires prioritizing the learning of knowledge that can be applied in the workplace, that is, technologies frequently used in practice. Therefore, I structured the course using only concepts frequently used in the field.

If you don't know how to apply what you've learned in real-world situations after completing the course, then it's a poorly designed course. I've structured this course so that you can immediately apply the concepts you've learned in real-world scenarios after completing it.

I thought that if you can't apply what you've learned in real situations even after completing the entire course, then it's a poorly designed course. I tried to structure it as a practical course that can be immediately applied to real work, rather than an academic approach that focuses on deep theoretical learning.

I didn't create the course by simply showing usage or implementation methods without any explanation. I will provide theoretical explanations so you can build with an understanding of the principles and concepts. This way, you'll be able to apply them according to your project situations.

👍 Great for these types of people!

Those who are having difficulty with advanced AWS learning
by watching YouTube or blogs

Non-CS major background,
slow to understand
difficult concepts and terminology

Those who want to directly
introduce and utilize AWS
in their actual work

🙊 What happens after you finish listening to this entire lecture?

You will be able to use AWS VPC to configure a secure network. You will also learn methods to increase availability and reduce the probability of server failures.

If you encounter any parts that are difficult to understand while studying, please feel free to ask questions right away using the Q&A board or 1:1 open chat room😊

🚨 Make sure to check what kind of person is providing the education!

If you meet the wrong doctor, you might face death because your illness can't be cured at that moment. But death ends with the pain of that moment. However, if you meet the wrong teacher and receive poor education, you suffer throughout your entire life.

Due to poor education, you may end up at an unwanted company, receive a smaller salary than expected, and suffer for the rest of your life as a result. Not only that, but the poor education you received can be passed down to your children as well.

Education can truly change a person's life in a positive way, but on the other hand, it can also completely ruin a person's life. That's why I believe education carries such heavy responsibility.

Therefore, please check who is providing the education, what kind of person they are, and what path they have walked, and make a careful judgment.

👋 Hello!
I'm finally introducing myself now ( ⸝⸝•ᴗ•⸝⸝ )੭⁾⁾

Hello!

I started studying development as a non-major. Before I knew it, I've already become a 6-year developer! Recently, I worked as a developer while serving as CTO at two companies. Whenever I had time, I've been doing coding lectures, company development consulting, and giving talks.

The number of students I've taught has now exceeded 24,000 (as of July 2025)! Every time I teach various students, I always feel the same way - I can't forget the sense of fulfillment from education, so I plan to continue providing education consistently on Inflearn.
(* Among students, there have been successful candidates at Kakao Pay, Yanolja, and Woowa Brothers)

Just as I received a lot of help during difficult and challenging times, I wanted to become someone who could help many other people as well. And I felt most proud and happy when the value I created through development had a positive impact on others.

For these reasons, I hope that by giving and sharing what I have worked hard to achieve, those people can live a slightly better life.

Thank you!

I've come to leave a review after completing the entire jscode roadmap ~~ I was first shocked at how well I understood the AWS introductory course and CI/CD course, and how well I could apply and absorb the knowledge 😊😊 After taking all the courses within a month and studying with amazement each time, I'm finally leaving this review!! As a quasi-major, I had been anxiously studying specific concepts in a haphazard way through project activities without overall understanding, and hastily developing and debugging through blogs and searches without a solid foundation. But after taking Jaesung's courses, I realized that my study method was not efficient 😊😊 I truly consider you a benefactor in my development career The courses were neither excessive nor insufficient, really substantial and perfectly aligned with the course topics and goals, so I enjoyed every moment of listening. I loved that it saved time, was easy to understand, immediately applicable, and didn't make me anxious. Also, I could see how much time and passion you put into every course, always admiring how you covered compact yet detailed elements so well!! I've taken various courses, but unlike other instructors who teach while working full-time jobs, this course where you poured your passion solely into education had incredibly high satisfaction :) I hope you stay healthy always, and I would be grateful if you continue to produce future courses without overexertion 🙇🏻‍♂️

I completed all the intermediate courses following the introductory courses. I now have a clear understanding of the roles and connection relationships of AWS network components. Thank you.
