How can AI actually be used in your work? (2nd Edition) - Google Spreadsheet

Google Workspace is a digital tool used worldwide for collaboration in schools and companies. It offers secure and user-centric UI UX, making it easy to use, and is accessible on various devices, including smartphones. All data and documents are stored in a secure cloud, and AI functions can be utilized to assist with work and learning, boosting productivity. By taking lectures, you can become a competitive expert in the digital world. Recently, Google's generative AI Gemini Addon feature is also provided as standard, allowing users to safely work with AI using their own data, thereby boosting productivity. Now is an era where using digital tools and AI together yields synergistic effects. If you don't know how to use digital platforms, there will be no place to contain all your digital activities. Using AI without a platform is like building a sandcastle. You can solidly build a foundation with digital platforms and then construct a digital and AI 'castle' on top of it.

Learn the core features of Google Workspace Gemini that you can use immediately in your work—not AI coding or agent development—in just 3 hours. Without complicated hands-on exercises, you’ll gain a broad but shallow understanding of AI-powered workflow automation and productivity improvement through easy, image-based explanations.

The starting point for a successful AX (AI Transformation) is not technology, but the leadership's understanding of AI. This course is designed to help executives grasp the overall flow of AI easily and clearly, while covering ways to maximize business productivity through the familiar Google Workspace and Gemini. Moving beyond mere theory, we provide 5-minute hands-on tasks for each session and a 1:1 customized online meeting (30 minutes) with AX Cody to systematically guide your company's tailored AI adoption strategy.

This is training on how to use Gemini, which is available in Google Workspace Business editions and above. It may be less useful for individual users with id@gmail.com accounts, and it is not available in Google Workspace Starter. The training explains the features and methods that Google Workspace Business and above users can use to apply Gemini to their company work. We continuously maintain the latest updates. Even after completing the training, check periodically for updates or changes.
