There are various terms used to collectively refer to AI search optimization.
Strictly speaking, each term is different, but for the purpose of understanding GEO, it is perfectly fine to perceive AEO, AI SEO, and AIO as the same concept.
The era of zero-click. How are you preparing for it?
If you look at the monitors around you,
it is common to see people working with generative AI such as ChatGPT and Gemini open on their screens.The search paradigm is shifting from "keyword search followed by a click" on search engines to "questions and answers with AI."
AI answers do not necessarily require a click. This phenomenon where clicks disappear in the digital environment is known as zero-click.
In a report from the global consulting firm Bain & Company a year ago, it was already reported that 60% of searches end without a click, and in October 2025, McKinsey & Company concluded at the end of their report with the statement, 'Invest in GEO.'
However, the impact is still felt slowly in Korea. This is due to Naver's search monopoly, but this too is being rapidly restructured.
