Priority Queue를 사용하지 않으려니 알고리즘을 더 많이 고민하게 되고, 이번 문제의 경우에는 해답이 보이지 않아요.  priority queue를 직접 JS에서 클래스로 구현하여 코딩테스트에서 사용하기에는 너무 과한 것 같고, 사용을 안하자니 이런 문제에서 시간초과가 나니까 고민이네요... 어떻게 하는게 좋을까요?
