제 생각에 ssl 인증서 ( iis를 위한)가 설치 되어 있지 않아 그런 것 같습니다. 디버깅할 때 visaul studio 밑에 빨간 상태로 디버깅이 되고 있다면 더욱 그렇습니다. 

 

아마 회사 내부망에서 하셨거나 했을 때 그럴거 같습니다. ( 저는 회사에서 할땐 그렇게 되더라구요 )

 

집컴으로 하시거나 하면 될 수도 있습니다!

새해부터 고생이 많으십니다.
웹 특성상 버전 & 환경에 따라 온갖 오류가 많이 나는데다가
Blazor & .NET Core는 특히나 그런 현상이 두드러집니다.

로그를 보니 HTTPS 인증 관련 문제로 보이는데
사실 발생 이유는 환경에 따라 상이해 당장 저도 파악할 수 없습니다.

강의 소스를 다운받아 BBAK님 환경에서
해당 버전에서도 똑같은 오류가 발생하는지 확인 부탁드리고,
5.x 버전에서만 발생하는 문제라면 프로젝트를 통으로 압축해서
rookiss@naver.com로 보내주시면 살펴보도록 하겠습니다.
