I got a lot out of this conference. Rather than the Qwen3.7-Max announcement, the sessions covering agent memory and orchestration were actually better. I've been struggling with context management while integrating agents at work lately, and there were a few "Aha! That's how you solve it" moments, so I had to keep pausing the video to take it all in. The tracks are divided into Model, Infra, and App, so you can just pick and choose what you're interested in. I mainly focused on the Infra Forum. I felt grateful to be able to watch such high-quality content for free.

It was a lecture that made my pride as an AI learner boil over while watching.

I have been developing services using ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor, and through this lecture, I was able to understand the AI Agent ecosystem that the Qwen model and Alibaba Cloud are aiming for. In particular, it was very helpful because it didn't just introduce model performance, but also covered how AI Agents operate within actual services, inference costs, infrastructure configuration, security, and the latest AI development environments like MCP. The most impressive point was the perspective that "creating a good AI service is not about using a single good model, but about designing the model, infrastructure, and operations together." I was able to broaden my perspective, which had recently been focused only on GPT and Claude, and I gained a new appreciation for the competitiveness of the open-source model Qwen. As someone who operates AI Agent services and RAG projects, I gained a lot of practical insights. Even though it was a free conference lecture, I was able to understand the latest AI trends and industrial directions all at once. I would recommend this lecture not only to developers but also to those planning AI services or preparing for a startup. I hope high-quality conference lectures like this continue to be released in the future.
