Digital transformation (DX) and AI transformation (AX) have now become essential competitive capabilities for both companies and individuals, rather than optional choices. This course is a practical, hands-on program that systematically covers everything from the core concepts of digital transformation to real-world success and failure cases, strategy development methods, execution roadmaps, and KPI design, amid the shift beyond the era of generative AI toward the era of AI agents and Physical AI. Through a variety of domestic and international case studies, we analyze the common strategies of successful companies. The course is structured to help anyone develop a digital innovation strategy applicable to their own organization and work using the six fundamental questions of DX (WHY, WHAT, WHERE, WHO, WHEN, HOW). This is a practical DX/AX strategy course for anyone who wants to learn not just about AI technology itself, but how to leverage it, when to adopt it, and what strategies to use for implementation.

We understand the essence of the job market through concepts from economics and statistics, and use this foundation to redesign job-search and career-change strategies as a data-driven probability problem rather than relying on intuition or competing over credentials. Instead of accumulating more qualifications, we shift the game to a rational “market” by directly collecting and analyzing job-posting and company data with AI to identify markets and openings where the likelihood of success is high. By using AI as a tool built on core concepts from economics and statistics, we systematize application, interview, and job-search strategies, presenting a way to develop a data-driven approach to employment that even non-majors can understand. We also directly build a recruitment AI assistant that works 24 hours a day exclusively for me—using AI-based vibe coding accessible even to non-majors—which can be used immediately as a portfolio project in actual job preparation.

As the only hands-on course in Korea where you can experience generative AI, vibe coding, and DX/AX all together, this course offers non-majors the motivation and vision to understand how they can use AI technology for development in real-world work and everyday life. Rather than simply explaining or introducing theory, it provides the opportunity to complete practical, work-relevant portfolios and real-world automation projects, helping learners achieve tangible career growth. From installing the tools to building actual services, this course is easy for beginners to follow.

A machine learning course explained in simple, story-like language—with no equations—at a level even a die-hard humanities major can understand!
