It's a bit disappointing. I wish there were more modern commands like btop or htop included, but it seems the lecture hasn't been updated. In a field that changes this rapidly, I think periodic updates are necessary, so that part is a shame.
Also, while the options are explained in great detail, I think that might be a matter of personal preference. To be honest, most people only use a few specific options and rarely touch the rest, so it would be better if you focused on the ones you actually used in practice. Right now, it's a bit too deep, so I find myself just picking one or two to remember and filtering out the rest.
