The lecture PPT is only in English, so there's not much difference between just looking up the documentation and watching the lecture... Moreover, the attached code materials have many parts that are commented out or modified differently from the lecture, so following along often produces different results... Honestly, the learning experience isn't much different from taking a $10-20 course on Udemy...
