Team Building and Problem-Solving Guide for Successful Side Projects

Presentation Session: Team Building and Problem-Solving Guide for Successful Side Projects

While developers have various expectations and success criteria for side projects, the reasons for failure are usually similar. In this presentation, I want to emphasize what you need to know for a side project to succeed, especially the fact that side project experience is an opportunity to learn problem-solving skills. I will introduce how to set and share clear goals for effective team building, and how to strengthen problem-solving skills that arise during the collaboration process. I hope this provides practical help through perspectives on the purpose of doing side projects and technical tips for coordinating opinions and aligning thoughts.
*Anyone interested in side projects can attend, regardless of their job role.

While taking this lecture, I realized that the project I was working on was heading in a wrong direction. I learned about the role of a PM, how to manage a project, and the mindset one should have, and it was incredibly beneficial. I think this one-hour lecture was more beneficial than studying PM and projects for a month. It was excellent, and I will try to move in a better direction based on this lecture! Thank you!

            • Hearing that it was better than a 1-month PM course is such a satisfying review. Thank you so much!!
