A must-listen lecture for designers This was a lecture where Mr. Young-hwa generously shared insights that he personally acquired and analyzed about the problem-solving skills and communication that product designers should have, which may seem vague at first glance. I was impressed by his ability to lead the lecture in a cheerful manner while listening to it in person, and his thoughtful answers to questions as if they were his own. It also helped me a lot in planning my future and what I need to improve on while drawing my career path so far. And the point that John-ver wins!! This lecture will be a great help to designers or those preparing to become designers :)

I am a student who took the class offline. It was a precious time to watch as you boldly talked about so many experiences related to design. While working at the company, I thought for the past year, "Is being a designer not for me?" But this video really solved all of those worries at once. It seems like everyone is having similar concerns. Where should I focus in the future? Should I stop worrying? Can I have fun at work again? I will take all the advice you gave me to heart and put it into action right away.!!! This kind of lecture is even recorded and free. I will listen to it again and again whenever it comes to mind.

✅This lecture is very helpful not only for those who are changing jobs, but also for those who are a little tired, and for new recruits!! It was a time when I could almost go back to the beginning. There are many lectures that say they will teach you the process but only list vague theories, ✅But you generously share valuable methods that you are actually applying! Thank you for sharing many “really” helpful stories❤️🔥 ✅Personally, the best moment of this lecture was the “There’s no egg roll!!!” moment.. The words “Wow, you’re in such a good condition” along with this meme gave me courage and made me think I’m doing well!

I am a student who attended the lecture on-site. I felt that the movie director had prepared in detail to teach me something! There were many questions that I was really curious about. After attending the lecture, as a junior designer who had been working without a mentor, I felt much better because the things I had been worrying about on my own were resolved. If you make a mistake, it's okay, just fix it! It was even better because he often said things like that. ㅎㅎ I've been applying the things you taught me to my actual work, thinking, and organizing my career, and I feel more comfortable because my thoughts are organized clearly! It's only two hours long, so I recommend listening. I especially recommend it to junior designers who have been worrying on their own without a mentor ~

As a person in the same job as a ‘product designer’, it was a valuable meetup where all the topics were relatable!! I participated in the actual offline meetup and listened to it once more online. It was great because I was able to gain insights in so many areas such as problem definition, communication with various collaborators, design capabilities, and career portfolios. In particular, I learned a lot from how Mr. Yeonghwa organized his previous experiences and his attitude toward work. More than anything, I think my perspective on how to grow as a designer has broadened. I also really liked the many realistic pieces of advice he gave to juniors as a senior in the same job, rather than a colleague.
