I enjoyed listening to this and found it really interesting. I listened to get a sense of what kind of personality you have before taking other courses, and it was successful. I hope you'll continue to be active for a long time and have fun with it.

Presentation Session 🎤

10 Characteristics of Developers Recognized in Silicon Valley

Presentation Session: 10 Characteristics of Developers Recognized in Silicon Valley

I will discuss 10 characteristics of good developers that I have observed and felt while working for 29 years. I believe that any developer with these traits can be recognized and have fun working in Silicon Valley. Does being good at development alone guarantee recognition in Silicon Valley? Absolutely not. I will share more details in the presentation.

Speaker: Kiyong Han Current) Founder of UpZen, <Failure is a Compass> Author

"After earning a Master's in Computer Science, my career began at Samsung Electronics and led me to Silicon Valley thanks to a friend. Over the past 29 years, I have worked at 13 companies in various stages (including startups, Yahoo, Udemy, and other large corporations). I took an 11-month break in between and built my own brand while unintentionally taking on roles such as angel investor, advisor, and consultant. I believe in the power of positivity—viewing failure as a lesson rather than a defeat—and the power of compounding through consistency."
