Hacking as a Hobby #2 (Hacker's Computing)

▶ Do you want to experience hacking for yourself, even in a simple way?

▶ They say using Tor Browser or a VPN is safe, but aren't you suspicious of whether that's actually true?

▶ Are you interested in things that most people don't know about, such as accessing files without knowing the password or how one gets infected with ransomware?

그렇다면 여기서 도움을 받으실 수 있습니다.

Here, we will examine several unusual phenomena from a hacker's perspective. We will learn and practice how to hide specific files, find or view hidden or locked files, explore the Dark Web—often known as a den of demons—and discover stealth techniques in internet environments. We will also look for evidence of wiretapping on mobile phones, investigate usage traces on systems, find out Wi-Fi passwords, eavesdrop on data, examine why malware can infect a system just by copying and pasting, and understand the process of being controlled just by leaving a computer on.

The focus is on providing methods for immediate application and their corresponding defenses. By understanding and utilizing phenomena you were previously unaware of, you will enjoy even greater freedom in cyberspace. This includes content that even majors or industry professionals might not know if they aren't interested.

[Q1] Is it okay if I know nothing about computers?
[Ans] If you know how to use a keyboard and mouse and can open a web browser, you can follow along and proceed. In some chapters dealing with Linux, there are parts that require separate installation, but to minimize inconvenience, we also provide a Linux image with all software pre-installed. If there is anything you don't understand during the process, please feel free to ask questions using the Naver Cafe listed in the "Notes" below.

[Q2] What skills will I acquire upon completion?
[Ans] Before honing the specific techniques that will be covered in the subsequent "Hacking as a Hobby" courses, you will cultivate basic computer science knowledge from a hacker's perspective. Furthermore, since it includes practical exercises that can be learned and applied immediately, you will be able to efficiently handle tasks by revisiting the course when such skills are required for work or other purposes in the future.
