Since completing his master's degree in Information Systems at Sogang University, he has gained practical experience in various IT-related fields, teaching courses such as databases, operating systems, and programming. He also earned a Ph.D. in U-City IT, a field that combines spatial information and IT. He currently serves as the Director of the Spatial Database Research Center at DT Solution.
