Hello, I am Kim Na-i, a career accelerator . I will be your growth partner who will accelerate your career growth so that everyone can do ' what they want, where they want'.

This is a career accelerator that helps you find the job that suits you based on a macroscopic understanding of the industry. I have provided career counseling to countless office workers so far. While working in the financial sector like JPMorgan, I worked in an enviable environment, but there was a time when I didn't know what I wanted to do. I studied nonstop, graduated, and got a job, but when I stopped, I realized I was going through a career adolescence.

I took a month off for the first time in my life and traveled for two weeks. During that time, I watched a lot of movies and monopolized various contents. After observing myself like that , I realized that I was 'a person who is interested in people's stories and narratives.' That's how I became a career accelerator. Based on my experience, I now meet people who are going through career adolescence like me and ask them 'Are you enjoying your work? ' instead of telling them 'What kind of work should I do ?'

Curriculum

The class consists of three stages and is designed to help you draw your own career map . First, you will look back on your current career through six self-exploration questions that help you find what you like, what you enjoy, and what you can do better . Then, you will move on to six practice-oriented questions that analyze your work environment and build work assets and work muscles to set the direction of your future career.

As you follow the step-by-step questions, your own career map will naturally be drawn.
