In the past, whenever a news story came out, my mind would keep wavering, but after taking the course, I can now judge whether something is truly an important variable or not and filter it out. I've become much more at ease psychologically, and the course covers deep content while being easy for anyone to understand, so I think I'll continue to use it as a standard when looking at real estate going forward.

What you will gain after the course

  • You will have a framework to determine "should I buy now or wait" based on structure rather than intuition.

  • You'll be able to judge for yourself which phase the market is currently in, without being swayed by news and what others say.

  • You'll be able to filter and see which of the news about interest rates, policies, and supply is actually an important variable.

  • You'll be able to distinguish between when the price starts to move and when you still need to wait.

  • Rather than regretting decisions made out of impatience, you become able to explain the reasons for choosing to wait.

📌 This course starts with these questions

Should I buy now,
or should I wait a bit longer?

In front of this question,
most people react driven by atmosphere and emotions.
Most people buy when anxious and are late when reassured.

However, the real estate market
moves not by emotions, but by structure and cycles.
There is only one problem.
It's difficult to know where we are in that cycle right now.

📈 Why does it seem easy in hindsight?

Looking at past charts,
"I should have bought here", "I should have sold here"
everything seems clear.

But when you actually go back to that moment,
the information is confusing,
there's no certainty,
and decisions are always delayed.

When you confuse a downturn with a recovery,
you hesitate when you should buy, and you act when you should wait.

🎯 So the goal of this lecture is different

This lecture
is not about pointing out specific complexes
or providing short-term predictions.

Instead,
what phase the market is currently in
and whether now is a phase where it's okay to move
or if it's still a period where we should wait and see

And the goal is to develop
the criteria and mindset to distinguish
which information to react to and which information to filter out on your own.

🧠 Key Topics Covered in This Lecture

  • The fundamental structure of how real estate prices rise and fall

  • Standards for distinguishing between decline, recovery, and growth phases within the cycle

  • Interest rates, policies, and supply news

Which of these variables actually affect the market

The signals when price starts to move and
how to distinguish periods when you still need to wait

It focuses not on complex formulas or theories,
but on practical judgment criteria
needed to interpret the actual market.

✍️ What does this lecture cover?

Over time, many of the judgments I had organized in advance
not only about specific complexes
but also about the direction of the entire market
were later confirmed by actual price movements.

This lecture

It's not about what was bought,
but why it was viewed that way.

💬 Stories from those who took this course first

The content below consists of commonly repeated feedback from actual responses left after taking the course.

The biggest change after taking the course

"I now look at whether it's the right time to enter the market first, rather than whether housing prices will rise or fall"

"Before, other people's opinions were my standard, but now I have my own criteria for judgment"

"The feeling that I was falling behind has largely disappeared"

"The vague anxiety has decreased, and I've learned to distinguish between when to wait and when to act"

"I've gone from being swayed by the news to now thinking first about what phase we're currently in"

The part where I felt "Now I understand this"

"For the first time, I clearly understood why I used to confuse the decline period with the recovery period"

"I understood why I always failed to buy near the bottom"

If I had to describe this lecture in one sentence

"A lecture that made me see real estate through structure instead of intuition"

I think this will be especially helpful for people like this

"I recommend this to those who, like me, have been stuck overthinking without taking any action"

🧭 After taking this course

Rather than being swayed by the news and becoming impatient,
you'll have grounds to explain to yourself
even the choice to wait and see.

When others are anxious,
you won't be swayed along with them,
and you'll be able to explain
why you're not making a move right now.

This course will
serve as a reference point
that you can repeatedly apply
to all your future real estate decisions.

🔎 To summarize in one line

This lecture

This is not a lecture that tells you "when to buy,"
but rather a lecture that helps you distinguish whether it's a phase where you can make moves in the current market,
or if it's still a period where you should wait and observe.

In the past, when prices started to rise, I just thought it was a bull market, but after taking the course, I learned that there are multiple phases within a bull market. Especially, the biggest change was that instead of thinking "it's going up = I should buy now," I started to first look at what kind of rise this current increase is. My anxiety about getting swept up in the hype and buying at the peak like I used to has decreased significantly.

The fact that you're now looking at what kind of trend this rise represents, rather than just the fact that it's rising, is the most important point I wanted to cover in this lecture. Once you have that perspective, you'll definitely find yourself making fewer decisions based on market sentiment like you used to. Thank you for leaving a review^^

I think this review accurately captures the core essence of this course. Many people get swayed by every single piece of news and wonder, "Am I being too sensitive?" but in reality, the anxiety often stems from not having criteria to distinguish what variables are important. This course is about organizing what information you should pay attention to and what you can let pass by among the information coming out now. I hope this review serves as a helpful reference for those who have similar concerns. Thank you^^
