These days, we see words like digital transformation, the 4th industrial revolution, and artificial intelligence .

Digital technology has made all of this possible. Consider the eras when everything was communicated through words and gestures, the eras when paper and writing were used, and the eras when telephones and telegraphs were used. The speed, scope, and advancement of communication in each era were incomparably different.

Digital technology has literally changed and is changing the world.

Previously used work skills are being developed or even phased out by incorporating digital technologies. New technologies are taking their place. Tasks previously performed by countless people by hand or in their heads are now being replaced by computer-powered RPA and machine learning . If these technologies were unstable and slow, hands and brains would still be effective tools. Unfortunately, these technologies have become remarkably fast and reliable.
