Just by tuning into your emotional frequency, your life will change. Emotions always have clear messages to convey to us. We just don’t understand them or don’t want to listen to them. When I become clear about who I am, free from the gaze and guilt of others, the world becomes my friend. It requires an understanding of how to face my heart and make it mine.
