□ Guidance on education for mandatory reporters of child abuse

❍ Heads of academies, training centers, and lifelong education facilities must provide child abuse reporting education to their reporting obligations for at least one hour every year and submit the report (Article 26 of the Child Welfare Act and Article 26 of the Enforcement Decree).

※ Persons subject to reporting obligation: Operators, instructors, and employees of private academies, instructors, and employees of tutoring centers, and operators, instructors, and employees of lifelong education facilities must take the training without exception (as specified in Article 10, Paragraph 2 of the Child Abuse Punishment Act)
