Notice of "Claude Co-work for Beginners" Course Renewal (v2.0)
Hello, students.
As some features and screens have changed with the July 2026 Claude update,
We are renewing the lecture materials and videos to reflect the latest standards.
The update for Lesson 2 has now been completed, and
The remaining lectures are scheduled to be updated all at once within this week (by August 9th).
■ Update Completed
[Lesson 2 · Claude Environment Map]
- Reorganized environment categories from 5 → 4 (Web / Office Add-in / Desktop / Mobile)
- Redefining Cowork as a "mode selectable from the input window" rather than the "fifth environment"
- Completely replace the feature comparison table for each environment based on the latest support scope
- Reorganizing all slides + re-filming the corresponding sections
■ Scheduled updates for this week
[Lecture 3 · Claude Web Basic Settings]
- Replaced the removed Styles feature with an explanation of Memory
- New guide added for 4 model types (Haiku / Sonnet / Opus / Fable) + 5 levels of Effort
- Reorganizing practice steps to match the updated settings screen, such as the model selection location.
[Lesson 4 · Effective Prompts + Research]
- Reflected the integration of the 'Thinking Mode' toggle into Effort
- Reorganized into two axes: "How far to search (Web Search OFF / ON / Research)" and "How deeply to think (Effort)"
- Added guidance on the latest information cutoff date for each model
[Lesson 6 · Projects + Context Management]
- Reflecting changes in Memory behavior (from once-a-day summary → real-time recording during conversation)
- Organizing personalization priorities and updating the hands-on practice workflow
[Lecture 16 · First Appearance of Cowork]
- Reflected that Cowork has expanded to web and mobile, rather than being a separate tab in the desktop app
- Organizing criteria for where tasks are executed (Cloud / My Computer)
[Lecture 17 · Schedule + Dispatch]
- Reflecting the change where scheduled tasks now run in the cloud
→ Tasks that do not use files from your computer will run even if the PC is turned off.
- Reorganized the guide on execution conditions and registration methods
[Lesson 18 · Live Artifacts]
- Reflected changes where functions remain the same but menu and button names on the screen have changed

- Terminology unification: Project Instructions → Project 지침, Project Knowledge → 컨텍스트
- Corrected parts where screen names or paths have changed based on the current screen (excluding some practice sessions)
■ Information regarding the Record a skill feature
The 'Record a skill' feature, which creates skills through screen recording, is
is currently provided exclusively for macOS.
Considering that most students practice in a Windows environment,
it was not covered in this renewal.
If it becomes supported on Windows in the future, we plan to add it through a separate update.
(There are two ways to create a skill: 'Create through Conversation' and 'ZIP Upload' from the existing lecture,
Windows users can also follow along with the practice in the same way.)
