I'm not an administrator but a general user, and this was an excellent lecture for grasping the basic concepts and flow. Since it was my first time using Salesforce, I was hesitant to ask anyone at the company and was at a loss about where and what to ask, but this lecture was like a refreshing rain in a drought!
