Hello, I am "Jangbi," an instructor at the
Salesforce Training Center(SFTC), the only practical Salesforce training center in Korea.

When many companies in Korea purchase Salesforce,
instead of using the modules as they are,
most of them engage in extensive custom development tailored to the company's needs.

While good customization is a plus,
systems built without understanding Salesforce's basic modules
1. often result in custom development for features that already exist, leading to a failure to utilize many great built-in functions,
2. and frequently create situations where further expansion is impossible because the company's needs cannot be integrated with the intended purpose of the basic modules.

Furthermore, these situations make it quite difficult to apply it to your actual work immediately.

Most importantly, since the difference between knowing and not knowing these basics is closely related to whether you
can perform "planning" using Salesforce later on,
