Hello, I am "Jangbi," an instructor at the
Salesforce Training Center(SFTC), the only practical Salesforce education provider in Korea.

When many companies in Korea purchase Salesforce,
instead of using the modules as they are,
most of them engage in extensive custom development to meet the company's specific needs.

While it is good to have a well-customized system,
systems built without understanding the basic Salesforce modules often lead to situations where:
1. Many great existing features are underutilized because they were custom-developed unnecessarily,
2. Further expansion is hindered by failing to integrate the company's needs with the intended purpose of the basic modules.

I'm not an administrator but a general user, and this was an excellent lecture for grasping the basic concepts and flow. Since it was my first time using Salesforce, I was hesitant to ask anyone at the company and was at a loss about where and what to ask, but this lecture was like a refreshing rain in a drought! I definitely recommend that anyone using Salesforce should listen to this.
