Solve past questions from the 1st and 2nd rounds of the Licensed Real Estate Agent exam according to the actual time allotted for each session (100 minutes, 100 minutes, and 50 minutes). The past exam questions from the 24th session (2013) through the 36th session (2025)—13 sessions in total—have been converted into CBT format by exam period. When you solve past questions from a book, you stop timing yourself. In the actual exam, all three periods allow 75 seconds per question. This is not a video lecture, but a practice workbook for training with those 75 seconds.

Practice Session 1 of the 36th exam in real-world mode: free80 questions, 100 minutes. Even if you close it midway, your answers and remaining time will be saved in this browser.

Exam Mode
When the time limit ends, your answers are submitted automatically. The score sheet shows the number of correct answers, score, time taken, and whether you failed a subject for each subject, along with the session result (pass, subject failure, or insufficient average). Questions you spent 150 seconds or more on are also collected and displayed separately.
Study Mode
Without a time limit, the correct answer and explanation open immediately when you select an option.
Notifications During Solving
When the subject changes, halfway through the allotted time, and just before the deadline, a one-line notification appears. You can turn this off on the start screen.
Retry solving
Retry only the questions you got wrong, or only the incorrect answers in subjects you failed, in study mode. If you grade the same session again, your previous score and the differences by subject will be shown together.

Your answers in progress, remaining time, and grading records are saved in this browser. They will not carry over to other devices.

Explanation
All 2,600 questions include explanations. We first provide the basis for the correct answer and then evaluate the remaining choices one by one. For questions on statutes, we cite the article number; for questions on case law, we cite the holding; and for calculation questions, we show the calculation formula.
For options whose conclusions have changed under the current standards due to amendments to laws after the exam, I have noted them separately as 'legislative amendment' directly below the answer. There are 131 questions in total, and the older the exam session, the more of them there are (22 questions from the 24th session, 11 from the 30th session, 1 from the 35th session, and 0 from the 36th session).
The explanations were written by AI. Whether they have been reviewed by an expert is indicated on the opening screen for each session.
Question 12 of the first session of the second test of the 31st exam. The answer at the time of the exam was ⑤, and under current standards, ③ is also subject to posting.
Things to know
The questions and answers are exactly as provided in the test paper and final answer key released by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea. The 28 questions with multiple correct answers or all-choice correct answers are graded according to the final answer key. For questions where all choices are correct, any choice is considered correct, but leaving it blank is incorrect.
Whether you pass the second stage is determined by the average of the three subjects (two subjects in the first session of the second stage and one subject in the second session). The assessment and mission shown on the session screen are based only on the subjects in that session.
For the 24th–27th exams, the second-stage questions ran consecutively from 1 to 120 in a single booklet (1–40: Licensed Real Estate Agent Act, 41–80: Registration Act and Tax Law, 81–120: Public Law). Public Law was moved to questions 41–80 of the second-stage first session, while Registration Act and Tax Law were moved to questions 1–40 of the second-stage second session, and the time limits were adjusted to those of the current exam (100 minutes and 50 minutes).
