The purpose of this course is to provide essential and practical training tailored to the business field based on the consulting curriculum that serves as the foundation for global corporate consulting.

2) This is an offline lecture that allows you to experience some of the contents of the corporate consulting expert course, which provides real-life cases, proposal composition, and consulting tools that can help you acquire knowledge, capabilities, and methodologies in a short period of time by explaining and sharing mainly with real-life cases.
1) The basic management education consists of approximately 20 parts, and the content is based on environmental analysis, strategy development, governance and organizational design, understanding of personnel systems, financial statement analysis methods, investment decisions and financial analysis, marketing strategy development, branding, sales, new business development, business plans, strategic alliances and mergers and acquisitions, and KPIs for performance management methods.
2) This course will cover a number of companies, including not only the companies we currently operate, but also companies of interest, and success and failure stories.
3) The goal is to provide practical, immediately usable knowledge in the field, including essential skills for practical management, such as logical analysis, effective document writing, project management, and teamwork.
This lecture is the first video of a series of four 180-minute lectures.

This is a must-have lecture for those who want to consult with business owners or high net worth individuals but feel that they lack knowledge or experience, and those who are worried about what kind of stories to tell to appeal to CEOs or wealthy people.

I was interested in this field, but I had no idea how to approach it. This lecture was very helpful. It was organized in 10 minutes per session, so it was easy to focus, and the parts that were a little unfamiliar were accompanied by appropriate examples, so I could easily understand them.
