We will conclude this ChatGPT Master Class journey by covering how to integrate everything you've learned about ChatGPT into your own work environment, and how to smartly utilize image generation—the hottest field in AI beyond just writing—for your business tasks.
Chapter 7: Automating Work and Creating a Workflow Environment
If you have been opening a new chat every time to repeat the same explanations, entering the same routines at scheduled times, or copying and pasting email contents one by one into ChatGPT, please pay close attention to this chapter.
We will study how to turn ChatGPT into a continuous workspace for your tasks, rather than just using it as a "search bar" for simple questions.
At this point, wouldn't it be a bit frustrating to say you've increased productivity just by diligently copying and pasting prompts?😂

If the first four chapters released so far were about learning the basic functions and usage of ChatGPT, Chapter 5 onwards focuses in earnest on how to utilize ChatGPT in actual work.

With ChatGPT, you can do much more than just typing questions into a search bar.
In this chapter, we will study how to go beyond simply finding information to organizing the purpose of your research, selecting reliable materials, and comparing multiple sources to create the outputs necessary for your work.
The goal is not to say "ChatGPT said this," but to create research that can explain what evidence was used to reach such a conclusion.
Chapter 6 Writing and Documentation Using AI
We write a great deal at work.
Emails, reports, planning documents, meeting minutes, proposals, and even announcements...
We write so much that the keyboard wears out, yet when it's time to start the first sentence, we often find ourselves just staring at the blinking cursor.In this chapter, we will cover how to use ChatGPT to quickly create drafts, revise writing to suit the audience and purpose, and review the logic and expressions of a document.
Instead of leaving all the writing to ChatGPT,
we will study how to use it to complete the writing you want more quickly and accurately together.Chapters 5 and 6 contain practical exercises and cases that can be immediately applied to research and document writing tasks.
I expect this will be even more helpful for those who have learned the basic functions but felt unsure about how to apply them in actual work!
