This course aims to analyze the impact of baby boomer retirement on society and the economy, and to present strategies to prepare for this transition. The course consists of three parts: the first part covers the current state of baby boomer retirement and the resulting social and economic changes. The second part presents personal retirement preparation, asset management, and coping strategies for the later stages of life. The final part focuses on understanding policy responses suitable for an aging society and solutions for intergenerational coexistence, with emphasis on understanding the roles of government and businesses.
