An organizational development specialist who looks beyond boundaries to question the present and future of organizations and people.

With an HR background, I have spent about 17 years building a career primarily in the fields of talent development and organizational culture. I have led HRD, Learning Experience Design, Culture, and Organization Development (OD) at major corporations and multinational firms across various industries, including manufacturing, IT platforms, global healthcare, and entertainment/content.

I am also the author of three books on organizational culture and have conducted lectures and consulting for major corporations and startups, including SK Academy, Kia Motors, Hyundai Mobis, Nongshim, Bayer, and MYSC.

Academically, I majored in Business Administration as an undergraduate and specialized in Educational Technology and Organizational Psychology (PhD candidate) in graduate school.
