Regarding lecture schedule and company news

Hello, this is Rookiss.

Recently, I have been receiving many inquiries via email regarding lecture schedules and current status.
I would like to take this opportunity to summarize and give you a full notice.

As I mentioned last time, I have been running a startup for some time now.
I am using my evenings to study and create the course curriculum little by little.
I can't physically devote as much time as I used to,
Also, while the Q&A answers for the existing lectures are gradually being delayed,
Personally, I also have wrist health issues, so my overall progress has been very slow.
My goal was to finish the C++ series this year.
Actually, when I tried to do it at the same time as the company, it seemed very difficult.
Rather, I plan to adjust the lecture schedule to create synergy with the companies that operate during the day.
(= Instead of studying a new curriculum at night, you can turn what you studied at work during the day into lectures)

Currently, the company is creating a Unity-based 2D MMO as its main project.
I'm also working on other small games as side projects.
So, until this year, we will focus on the Unity Engine and mobile games.
I'm thinking about supplementing my lectures on mobile online and Unity.
Next year, we will be working on a metaverse project based on VR and Unreal Engine 5.
As we are setting a goal, the research theme will change completely.
It would be more appropriate to do C++ UE research next year rather than this year.
I plan to finish the DX renewal and postpone the lecture on UE5 and server integration to a later date.
However, it is not 100% confirmed yet, and I am hiring a separate Unity programmer.
There is also a way to spend more time creating a lecture curriculum.
In many ways, I'm playing Tetris with my assignments.
(I feel a little sorry because many people are looking forward to the Unreal & IOCP server integration lecture.)

I also gave coding and Unity lectures to non-major team members.
I had a lot of reflection seeing how surprisingly small things can get in the way.
All the lectures I have made previously are for programmers.
It is true that it is difficult for beginners to keep up.
Based on the difficulties encountered in in-house training, we tailored it to the eye level of non-majors and children.
We're thinking about creating a new C# and Unity curriculum that's easier to follow.
It is not unrelated to the fact that I am also working on a small side project at the company.
Usually, when studying coding, there is a lot of material up to the language, but it is very difficult to know what to do next.
So, beginners can naturally become familiar with coding while creating games of various genres.
I am looking forward to playing the role of a bridge builder.
We release small and medium-sized games of various genres, and use game art resources and plans.
I think it would be great if it was reused as a coding textbook in the form of a game that students can imitate again.

For your information, game ideas for side projects are always accepted through YouTube.
We are looking for applications from aspiring planners or those with novel ideas.
(If the game is developed, we will give you 10% of the game sales revenue!)
