🙆🏻‍♀ Welcome to all designers nationwide! 🙆🏻‍♂

We provide design tool courses to improve designers' work skills and create a better design environment.
This is 'Yeonnam-dong Lee Jae-yong'!

🗒 Course Introduction - Sketch App Master Course (Intermediate)

Sketch isn't a particularly difficult tool. Photoshop and AI offer more complex features. However, when it comes to mobile and web design, Sketch has become a lightweight yet revolutionary design tool for designers. It speeds up my work and reduces tedious repetitive tasks, saving me from overtime. (It's a dream come true for me 😱)

However, looking at the results of designers working in the field, even when working with the same Sketch app, many of these positive 🤬 features weren't being fully utilized. Even though each screen had common elements, they were often designed differently, resulting in inconsistent tone and manner. (Is it just me who finds this annoying? 🥵)

Symbols are a tool that can fundamentally solve these problems, and components created with symbols also provide valuable information to developers. Anyone who's even slightly proficient in Sketch raves about symbols and explores ways to use them more effectively and efficiently.

We should be among these cases. Introducing the Sketch Mastery course, which teaches you how to draw real UIs, not just sketches!

1. Simple explanation of difficult symbols!

Have you ever had a vague fear or difficulty with symbols? Did the Inspector screen seem complicated when using Apple iOS UI resources? It's not difficult once you understand the basic structure of symbols. You can quickly and easily understand symbols, and you can quickly organize them by creating examples! Symbols aren't that difficult :)

2. 😱 You're making a screen with 3 symbols?

The first screen in the image above contains many components: the navigation bar, the five content elements within, and the tab bar at the bottom. A total of four screens are configured. However, only three symbols are used across all of these screens. With just these three symbols, an infinite number of screens can be created.

3. 😱 How to design icons & how to use symbols

How to easily change the tab bar icon on_off, how to use icons used in the navigation bar, icon design guide,
It contains only the essential information needed in practice, such as how to design just one icon and use it in multiple colors.

4. 👌 Create 5 screens with one card design

Card design that controls the image on the screen. You can configure 5 screens with one symbol.
Learn how to compose card designs and structure them with symbols, all in one place!

5. 😱 A complete overview of resizing concepts!

Need a responsive design? Are you annoyed by layers that move with the screen? How can you adjust the size of designed group layers or the artboard size to your liking? We'll thoroughly explain the basic concepts of Adjust contents resizing and resizing.

🙌 What you need to take this course!

Macbook + Sketch app - Requires a Macbook with the Sketch app installed.

Your Mac OS must be updated to the latest version. Older versions may not offer the same features or may display slightly different screens. If you don't update your Mac OS, Sketch app updates will not be installed.

The Sketch app is a paid app. If you haven't purchased it yet, please install the trial version, which offers a 14-day free trial period. You can use all the same features!

And just bring your passion. Then, you'll know.

🙋🏻‍♂️ I have a question!!

Q. I'm learning design for the first time. Isn't it difficult?

A. This course is easy to follow even for non-design majors. If you need a basic understanding of sketching, be sure to also take the "Building Fundamentals" course.

Q. Why is it good to learn Sketch App?

A. The Sketch app was created, and third-party products like Adobe XD followed suit. While it's difficult to say which is better, Sketch is the pioneer of this evolution and diversity of design tools. If you're comfortable with Sketch, any tools developed after it will be much easier to use.

Q. Is it possible to use a Windows PC?

A. Ooops~ Sorry, unfortunately, there's no Sketch for Windows. Since the company that developed the program is American, the software is only available for Macs, which are primarily used overseas. For the future, you might want to consider getting a Mac...

Q. You bought a Mac knowing full well about my financial situation!!!???

A. While a MacBook allows you to use most design tools, a Windows laptop might not allow you to use some software like Sketch, Flinto, and more. In my opinion, if you're willing to spend the same amount of money on a laptop, use it for a longer period of time, and learn a wider range of tools, I recommend a MacBook. And if you're hired, saying, "I don't know how to use a MacBook," won't work. This isn't about Apple-friendly design; it's about practical use! Become a creator!

Q. Are there any companies in Korea that use Sketch?

A. Yes, most domestic companies, including Kakao, use it to design mobile apps :)

Hello! Everyone, this is Lee Jae-yong from Yeonnam-dong.

In 2017, I wrote a book about a sketching app called "Delicious Sketch." It's a poorly written book that didn't sell as well as the time and effort I put into it, but 😢😢 While running an IT company, I was exposed to design tools, and as a designer, I enjoyed sharing the accumulated know-how I gained by completing my own designs into actual app services, and I enjoy creating even better ideas.

Start now.
There is a huge difference between those who start and those who don't.
