Create a GitHub blog in a day

Graduation from 4th year is approaching, but everyone is asking me for my Github blog and Github account address to get a job as a developer? I need to create a Github blog quickly, but I'm busy with my thesis, competition projects, and writing a resume. Is there an easy-to-follow tutorial?
