💡AI and Generation XYZ: How to Work Together

AI is changing the way we work, but generational perception differences still remain a challenge for collaboration. This course helps understand the differences in AI utilization as viewed by Generation X, Y, and Z, and presents new possibilities for cross-generational collaboration through real corporate cases and hands-on practice.

This course goes beyond simple AI usage methods to help you understand generational differences in collaboration styles and apply them to actual work. You can learn how to effectively utilize AI in practical workplace situations such as meetings, reporting, and project collaboration, while acquiring strategies to reduce generational conflicts and facilitate smooth communication.

Company members X, Y, and Z summarize the value and concerns of generative AI as observed in the workplace from their respective perspectives.

Three people with different roles share explanations of key issues such as efficiency improvement, quality management, and security/compliance matters. They provide a balanced assessment of expected benefits and limitations from a practical business perspective, serving as a reference for establishing implementation priorities and usage principles.

Summarizing Generation X's AI utilization awareness and challenges (prompts, efficiency, and difficulty in differentiation).

I acknowledge the importance of specific prompts and their contribution to work efficiency. As it becomes difficult to distinguish between AI-generated content and human reports, guidelines and review systems are necessary.

Summarizing Generation Y's AI usage awareness and challenges (concerns about prompt simplification, declining work capabilities, and deteriorating questioning skills).

While AI feature enhancements simplify prompts and accelerate work, I believe that repetitive dependence may weaken fundamental capabilities. I'm particularly concerned about the deterioration of question design abilities, and there's a need to combine periodic capability assessments with problem definition training.

We summarize Generation Z's perceptions and perspectives on AI utilization (early prompt learning, differences in results based on input, and expansion of thinking through communication).

Since the choice of vocabulary and information delivery methods greatly affect the outcome, we recognize the importance of prompts from early on. We believe that ideas expand and thinking broadens through repeated conversations with AI, and we actively encourage conversational exploration.

To bridge the communication gap between generations, we utilize AI summaries and chatbots, with Generation Y serving as a digital bridge.

AI-based summaries enable rapid sharing of key points from lengthy meeting minutes, while chatbots provide instant access to basic information. By combining these two tools, Generation Y takes on the role of mediating and translating information between generations, enhancing communication efficiency.
