I'm a junior developer, and it was incredibly helpful. The contents of each chapter are frequently encountered in practice, but since they're not taught anywhere, I just copied and pasted the existing source code without knowing much when developing, but now I think I've leveled up to the point where I can implement it on my own. If you're a backend developer, especially if you're developing with Spring, I think this is a must-take lecture!
