This is a case where I find negotiation very difficult, and I expected the lecture to be centered on actual cases before attending. The lecture content focused more on summarizing negotiation principles rather than actual cases, and for the cases presented, it was mainly about situations and results obtained, without detailed explanations of how negotiation principles were actually applied in the process, which was different from what I expected. I think it would have been better if more specific examples were added for the part where the instructor briefly passed over salary negotiation as an easy case, from the perspective of someone who finds it difficult. The lecture was overall well-organized and easy to understand, but it seems like a lecture where people who already do some negotiation can gain keywords, and for those who are struggling because they can't negotiate well, questions about "so how should I actually apply this?" would likely remain.
Hello sososo123123! First, I sincerely thank you for taking my course. :) How about I listen to and discuss those difficult parts that even my lecture couldn't resolve, 1:1 with you? Negotiation might seem somewhat easy in theory, but when you actually try to apply it to your own situation, there are inevitably difficult aspects. Furthermore, no matter how many diverse examples are presented in class, if there isn't a case similar to 'your case,' it might feel vague. If you email me at jasmine@potentially.co.kr, I hope to be able to more clearly address your difficult and nagging issues, either through a reply or a 1:1 Zoom meeting. Please feel free to email me about your current negotiation difficulties, limitations, or mistakes. :) I will also do my best to help you. Thank you for the valuable feedback you took the time to write, and once again, thank you for taking my class and being with me!
