If I had heard this when I was new to society, I think I would have done better with job changes, salary negotiations, and real estate contracts, but I'm so disappointed to be hearing it only now 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 I started listening after changing jobs in my 10th year and moving to a role with many meetings. I thought I was confident in meetings as I gained experience over the years, but I wanted to approach them more strategically to increase my meeting success rate. [I don't think negotiation itself will be that scary anymore] You explained in great detail what goals I should set for what I want and how to prepare for those goals, which was extremely helpful. You even tell us what sentences to use for questions in negotiation situations.😆😆😆😆 I became confident that just following the lecture content would allow me to prepare 200% well for successful negotiations. [Just receiving the materials seems worth the money] You meticulously explain how to prepare negotiation scenarios for different situations, and I've made the scenario planning sheets that can be applied in various situations into meeting templates. Since it's 15 minutes daily, I'm casually listening during lunch breaks. I plan to complete the course and definitely review it again after some time. Thank you!

The word "negotiation" might sound grand, but I realized we're actually negotiating over small things every day..! At work, of course, but also with my husband (😆😆), acquaintances, or even the mart owner... It seems like content that can be applied to various situations. You need to catch the other person's real needs and know how to make strategic retreats depending on the situation. It's so useful in life in many ways, so I'm listening well^^ + Your voice and diction are so good!❤️

😨 Have you ever felt flustered in moments of negotiation like these?

When an unexpected request comes up during a meeting,

When you're at a loss for words during a salary negotiation,

When you just can't seem to coordinate a schedule with a collaborator,

Negotiation doesn't just happen in special moments.

We are negotiating several times a day.

🍎 A lecture containing the experience of coaching hundreds of Apple practitioners

Apple's immediately applicable negotiation techniques, refined with hundreds of people within the organization, have been prepared for you by former Apple business coach Jasmine Han.

Jasmine Han / Business Psychologist, Negotiation Coach

Current) CEO of Potentially

Former ESSEC Business School MBA/EMBA Negotiation Expert

Former) Apple Singapore Business Coach

  • Books: The Formula of Speech, Work Design

  • Conducted training on the theme of 'Workplace Negotiation/Communication' at various organizations, including Wanted, Hunet, Heyjoyce, Trevari, Shinhan Bank, Swatch Korea, and Yanolja.

🎯 Even Steve Jobs had a business coach.

It is said that every Sunday, he would go for a walk with Bill Campbell, known as the 'Trillion Dollar Coach,' to share important decisions.
The core of that coaching was not simple advice, but helping him find answers and take action himself through questions.

Based on this philosophy, Apple established business coaches within the organization, and I also served at Apple Singapore as one of those helping employees navigate performance challenges and grow more quickly and effectively.

Now, I am revealing all the negotiation skills that Apple employees have learned.

Just 15 minutes a day, and your meetings that day will change.

  • The course consists of 33 video lectures, each 10-20 minutes long.

  • Please listen to them one by one every day, like taking your daily vitamins. You may also start with the lectures you need most.

  • Try applying even just one of the various techniques and ideas presented in the lectures to the field!

In the end, the 'courage to try' is the most important thing in negotiation. Try applying just one thing a day.

Spend 15 minutes a day listening to these tips on your way to work, and try applying them in your meetings and discussions that same day.

Just one a day is enough. One practice a day will turn you into "someone who elegantly claims their share."

📌 Negotiation classes, can they really be applied to my actual situation?

Don't worry! This class isn't made difficult to understand with complex legal terminology or theories.

Being a good speaker and being a good negotiator are also completely different.

💰 Students who learned negotiation 10 years ago still reach out to express their gratitude.

They said they successfully applied the negotiation formula during crucial moments... like salary negotiations, buying a house, or changing jobs.
You, too, can learn negotiation weapons today that you will use for the rest of your life!

💵 Features of this course

📌Based on my experience teaching sales, service, and leadership at Apple Singapore, I will teach you 'all-around negotiation' skills.

📌This is a Negotiation course, originally taught at ESSEC Business School, restructured to meet the needs of working professionals.

📌We provide 6 supplementary templates and questionnaires as class materials to help with negotiation preparation and review.

📌We also provide a 'Question Bank' containing various questions you can use during negotiations. No more worrying about what to ask!

📌I have included all the materials from my special lecture on salary negotiation directly into this class. You no longer need to seek separate salary negotiation coaching.

📌It is based on the theory of [The Formula of Speech], and the lecture contains more diverse examples of conflict and their solutions.

📌For 15 minutes a day, I will teach you 'everyday negotiation' so that you can apply the tips you heard on your way to work that very same day at the office.

Hello Siri! My course actually has a lot of content, so completing it isn't easy, but I'm so grateful that you took it with me and even left a review! :) In the workplace, which is a space where various thoughts and intentions intersect, 'protecting yourself with words' is indeed not easy. I believe that's when 'the power to connect' becomes essential. Especially, speaking that ties together your own needs with others' needs is a skill that I think 'must be learned.' If you ever encounter moments in the field or in negotiation rooms that are difficult to resolve even with the formulas I've provided, please don't hesitate to email me. I hope I can be a helper and provide assistance! jasmine@potentially.co.kr Once again, I sincerely thank you for taking your precious time to leave a review! :)

Hello mervuryand! :) First and foremost, I sincerely thank you for taking my class with me! :) I poured my negotiation know-how into everything from job changes and salaries to real estate contracts, and I'm so happy that my efforts seem to have helped you even a little. Negotiation is a long game, not a short one. We live within a huge game of negotiation, from important contracts inside and outside the company to even small agreements between family members. Even the immediate question and conclusion of 'Where should we go for our summer vacation?' among family members are all negotiating (persuading) situations. For humans to understand other humans, read their minds, and consider their needs to make others winners. And, 'smartly securing one's own share' - I believe that is the essence of negotiation. Therefore, I believe negotiation is not a selfish skill of 'only I should do well' but an altruistic skill of 'good for you, good for me.' And sharing the benefits of that altruism with everyone is what I consider 'Elegant Negotiation.' Thank you for the feedback filled with more praise than I deserve, and if you have any questions while taking the class, please feel free to let me know via the bulletin board or email (jasmine@potentially.co.kr). I hope I can assist you as an 'invisible negotiation partner.' Thank you once again!

Hello Daisy! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a valuable review. You're absolutely right, negotiation especially shines in relationships with 'spouses' 😊😊 It actually seems like conversations and the process of reaching agreement within families can be even more challenging. The moment you realize that persuading people doesn't only happen in meeting rooms, things become much clearer. I think negotiation is more accurately described as 'the skill of becoming the master of your own life' rather than 'the skill of fighting to win.' That's why you can understand more broadly that the 'strategic retreat' you mentioned is absolutely not a real retreat! (You're an excellent student... 😊😊) Please feel free to email me anytime if you encounter any difficulties while taking the class, and I encourage you to apply the skills you've learned in your workplace and throughout your life! Thank you once again for taking the class with me! :)

I think it was a lecture that touched on the essence of negotiation, not just simple speaking skills. I think it would be good for both people who lack confidence in speaking and those who are confident in negotiation to listen to. I recommend it to those who want to learn strategic persuasion!

    • jasminehan

Hello Benny! Thank you for joining my negotiation class! :) That's right. Speaking, in the end, seems to be persuasion in a broader sense. I believe the ability for humans to read other humans' minds and bring them to their side is a valuable skill to learn at least once. I sincerely hope my class becomes content that long helps Benny's life and business. Although my email is disclosed in the last class slide as well, if I tell you again, please feel free to ask any individual questions you have anytime at jasmine@potentially.co.kr! Thank you so much for the compliment that it was a lecture that pinpointed the essence of negotiation, and I'll see you again in the lecture hall! :)
