You should take the course with the concepts of Spring and React. Since I had some prior concepts, I didn't have any difficulty taking the course. Since I had the book, I finished Chapter 1 from the book and then took the online lecture. If you do it according to the book, it will be implemented well and work well. The online lecture will also supplement the parts that the book lacks.
