What was good: I was able to gain a lot of new marketing insights, which was good. What was disappointing: Since it was a recorded version of a live lecture, there were many things I couldn't understand, especially the brand names or channel names that I was hearing for the first time, and it was disappointing that the subtitles didn't properly capture those words.
