Q. I'm worried that the work I'm doing might lead to a "hollow career" (stagnant experience).
Seunghee Lee) When I think of colleagues who caused friction at the company, they often come in and say things like this: "I didn't join the company to do this kind of work," or "I didn't become a marketer just to keep writing blog posts; I want to plan campaigns." When I hear that, I tell them to start by doing a good job with the blog posts first. How can someone who can't even handle a blog post plan a major campaign?

Q. To what extent should branding be done for an early-stage service?
Ms. Seunghee Lee) The idea of doing branding "later"? I think that concept itself is flawed. Branding, in my view, is ultimately a large flow or context that is built by continuously doing marketing. So, if we look at it conceptually, I think of marketing as the content, and branding as the context—the wave or flow created when those pieces of content come together.
