The instructor's efforts and enthusiasm to provide good lectures are perfect. However... As with all lectures, there are likes and dislikes. I've listened to about 2/3 of the network now, but it doesn't seem to suit me well. Since it's a lot of money for a job seeker, I bought it after reading all the reviews and thinking it would be very helpful. To start with the advantages, I think this lecture is good because of its consistent updates, the instructor's easy-to-understand example solutions, and sincere answers. This lecture is characterized by providing about 400 pages of teaching materials for CS interviews. Almost all concepts are explained with illustrations and easy-to-understand examples. In other words, the overall framework is structured, but the details are unstructured. While this characteristic is certainly helpful for understanding the overall CS subject, I think an interview is ultimately a game of providing structured, formal answers to the interviewer. I wonder if an unstructured explanation of content is of any practical help to the interviewer who is asked for a standardized answer. In terms of the lecture, as my neighborhood friend, a major, told me, it provides the easiest possible explanations and examples. It is definitely easy for non-majors like me to understand. However, one thing that is somewhat disappointing is that it does not 'organize' the core content of the interview answers. There are many examples, but it is up to the learner to choose the most important answers to write. In order to create a structured answer framework, it takes a lot of time to look up information other than the lecture. And something else that came to mind specifically is, DEEP DIVE: The difference between HTTP/1.x and HTTP2 and HTTP3. This part is covered in very brief paragraphs in the textbook, but in the lecture, various basic terms come up, and in order to study them, I had to stop every time, write down keywords, and then do a separate Google search. I also bought the book, but I think the book was better for me personally. Anyway, even if I listened to the lecture, I always had to study separately to fill in the organized concepts and '+'concepts. These days, it seems like they just organize things based on the book. To summarize, I recommend this course to the following people: > Learners who have some time left until the interview (about 2-3 months) > Independent learners who can construct structured answers from unstructured data > Learners who seek understanding through rich examples rather than looking for conceptual elements separately The opposite of the above case would be recommended. Well, I personally didn't fit well with this course, but the instructor's efforts and personality were trustworthy and worth following. Also, the course reviews are subjective and other people's thoughts may differ from mine, so please use them as reference only.
Hello, Kim Kuk-nim. ㅎㅎ First of all, I would like to thank you for your good course review. Regarding the part where Kim Kuk-nim felt that "the core content of the interview answer is not organized", I will revise it in the future update so that you can answer more comprehensively and simply in the interview. For your reference, I plan to update this course by the end of May 23, and this update will include - Reflecting Naver, Kakao, Line, and Coupang 2022, 2023 past interview questions - Improving the lecture flow - Reinforcing a bit more in-depth and broad content explanations etc. I will also consider the feedback you gave as precious and strive to make this a better course. Please only look at the updated content when it is finished at the end of May. ㅎㅎ Thank you.
