Can we actually
achieve results commensurate with our investment?

Hello,
I’m Hwang Hyun-tae, CEO of AX startup SpaceY and
Lead FDE.
Space Y has partnered with over 200 companies on AX initiatives to date, working together on a wide range of AX projects. After meeting with various organizations, we found that while the points at which they begin considering AX may look similar, the approach needed varies depending on each organization’s situation and level of readiness.
So in this meetup, rather than simply presenting a specific company’s success story or methodology, we would like to discuss how to assess the current state of our organization and where to begin with AX. Alongside cases from real-world experience, we will carefully walk through the process of selecting and implementing work that can create tangible impact.
If you are preparing for AX, we hope this meetup will help you assess the current state of your organization and define your next starting point.
