I am Moon Geun-young, an AI and Digital Transformation Strategy Instructor who has spent over 25 years as a CTO, IT Strategy Team Leader, PM, and entrepreneur,
connecting technology to ‘organizational execution and performance’ rather than just ‘implementation.’

I have repeatedly experienced zero-base structural design → execution → performance creation in diverse organizational environments
such as large corporations, global listed companies, startups, and overseas subsidiaries.

Currently, based on that experience, I am focusing on AI application lectures that can be immediately used in practice for companies and institutions.
